The food here used to be good, but in recent years it has gone down in quality. The portions for the chicken strips are significantly smaller than they used to be. The service here is mediocre. The guy at the window couldn't get my name for the order right, even after correcting them multiple times. I always find myself correcting my order do to lack of attention to detail on the staffs part. Very disappointing that this once awesome fast food chain has lowered it's standards. I'll be making my own chicken strips at home for now on.
Ordered two 4 pc chicken tender combobs and one 3 pc chicken tender combo. the chicken tenders were smaller than usual. was satisfied with customer service and they were respectful.
Place looks very nice. The food is bland and in Spanish El Blando. I mean we waited 8 cars deep for this hospital/stomach ulcer food. This isn’t my first time eating canes chicken so I figured it was just that particular restaurant in Orange County, but stand corrected Canes chicken is the blandest chicken ever made. And it’s so popular. SMH. Good luck canes.

Everything was great except for the restroom. The floor was very wet and slippery and needed serious attention.
I'm only giving 4 stars because the last couple of times we've been the customer service was OK. Not great. Also, sometimes the chicken lately tastes old and over fried.

The most rude cashier, the girl with the green hoodie and a blue hat was so rude and disrespectful!! I went with my family today Sunday march 10 at 130pm and this girl was so un polite, I will give 0 start for service.

I get it, the employees wanted to leave early for superbowl Sunday but it would’ve been nice to make me aware I couldn’t dine in at the register. I ordered my food for dine in, the cashier didn’t mention that they were closing soon. When I sat down I was made aware by an employee that they were closing in 5 min. Fine, I was going to take my food to my car. The same employee came around and said “you can still enjoy your meal, while we are closing up.” Cool, I sat with my toddler & tried to finish as fast as I can. I was then approached by another employee and told me they were closed. I made her aware of what the employee before her told me and she just stood there and walked away. Then I hear her laughing in the kitchen, it obviously made me feel uncomfortable.When I walked out I did see the sign of the restaurant closing early 30 before the first kick off. I don’t watch football, so I don’t even know what time the game starts. I would suggest adding a time to the sign of the early closure or maybe have employees make the customers before they order.

I cannot with this location, I came late night and no professionalism, and very rude sure they were fresh fries but you could have told me nicer that it was going to be 5 min rather then laugh tell me quickly and slam the window, then proceed to make fun of how I look and everyone laughing at me. Ok never again canes I’ll go to chick fila.

Only went through the drive-thru, but service was pretty low-tier, drive-thru clerk struggled to take the order, and when it came to getting the food, no utensils and food was mixed up somehow. (Also took almost 30 min to get through)Overall, it was definitely not worth the wait and probably won't go again. I don't know if this is how every Raising Canes is, but hopefully not.
