Food was great, pasta had a perfect amount of sauce, al dente, everything was crispy, all around great flavor of everything! Most people do not agree/like veal, so I would consider some options without veal, but other than that, great job!

Used Uber eats. Got the Italian meatball penne and tomato feta salad. Tasted good. Didn't look like menu pics. Meatballs were small and not much marinara sauce. Hardly any feta cheese. Food tasted good but definitely not what I was expecting. Won't be ordering again.

They don't offer any meatballs that don't have veal!

As always, Macaroni grill was excellent. Good steak, creamy Fettuccine Alfredo, savory mushroom ravioli. Warm, soft, tasty bread. Service was great.

Ordered a beer from dinning room table with family. 32 minutes later, it still didn't come. Cancelled it and no compensation offered. Food came out 53 minutes after ordering - entire facility had 6 tables used with 15 people at them and 4 servers & 3 cooks - don't tell me you were overwhelmed. We needed an extra item for the dinners and 14 minutes later it came out, with our food now cold. We will never go back there again.

Well, this one is going to be a difficult one to write as I really love to help small businesses all over the place. That being said, I also have to be honest about my thoughts and fair in each and every evaluation, so here we go…*First two photos are as delivered*I’ll start first with the Korean Meatball Sandwich…Like any other meatball sandwich those darn meatballs keep trying to escape! I’d suggest cutting them in half, but I only thought of this after the fact and a few words. Next time I will do that before I start eating. As far as flavor goes, I thought this was pretty good as a whole and the spices were not overpowering at all. It seemed to me like they used quality ingredients, but I’m not quite sure on the fat ratio on the meat. Either way, the bread held together beautifully and that is half the battle! Now for the Moroccan 12-Spice Penne Bowl…Unfortunately, I was not overly thrilled with this versus the sandwich. The main reason for this is two-fold in nature. First, the pasta was not cooked to Al dente…just a hair below so much more chewy than I would have preferred. That I can deal with as it might finish cooking in the sauce. What got me the most is that it seemed like the pasta was tossed in Olive Oil prior to serving and then the sauce was added. Could have used less oil and more of that sauce as my stomach is already not happy. The positive thing about this dish is the flavors are wonderful! The meatballs were quite tender and came apart easily with a fork. I found that there was plenty of meat provided if you cut the meatballs in half or a bit more with each bite of pasta. Excellent job with those meatballs! Finally, I move on to the Parmesan Truffle Fries…Alright, I wasn’t quite sure what to make of these but overall I think they were pretty good. The truffle flavor came on the back end of the bite as I expected. I would have liked them a bit more crispy (say a double fry maybe), but as a whole, this was not bad at all. The sauce that came with them I’m going to have to say, I don’t know how describe it. Perhaps a vinegar base of some sort with additional flavoring of some sort. I would be inclined to say it is up to you to decide what works for you!Final Verdict:I’d say if you are going to try this place (which you should) I would consider the Sandwich route versus the pasta (mainly due to the heavy oil taste in my mouth). The sandwich I think is more likely to please most folks unless you really like Olive Oil or whatever that was. They do a great job with their flavors and they are well balanced in my opinion! Give this place a try and as always…Support Local Restaurants!!

Went to Mac grill today for lunch . Looking forward to my favorite, eggplant parmigiana only to be told not available for lunch??? How difficult is making slices of eggplant? Service was incredibly slow! But not the waitresses fault, they were terribly understaffed. Food was average, garlic was burned, salad was subpar, pasta took about 45 minutes to come out... pasta ? Even the music was bad. It’s an Italian restaurant, why was pop music playing ? And the final insult , the bill was $60.00 for two people, no drinks.

The manger refused to issue a refund when I had to cancel my online/pickup order due to the very long wait, I was told initially that it could not be done and will have to wait a few days for “corporate to give my money back” and refused to give any receipt or any type of proof that my order was cancelled. It was only when I returned with my spouse who was visibly upset about this business practice that the supervisor finally issued the credit. Wow ! So it could be done, why lie ? The cashier was also shockingly very rude and “ordered” the supervisor around , told him to just ignore me in front of other customers. Unbelievable. This is the 2nd time I have had a bad experience with this restaurant and i’m appalled by the lack of customer service especially during this time when restaurants are supposed to be struggling, such type of employees are a disgrace to companies who are striving hard to stay afloat.
