Does not even deserve 1 star, a bunch of teenagers behind the counter not paying attention at all I had to wave them down to get helped. I ask for the hot dogs and they give me this cup and charge me 8$ for it. I will not be coming back! Service was terrible, so is the food, it is obviously old and doughy. Would leave 0 stars if I could. Absolutely tragic experience.

I do believe they put magic in these pretzels not only are the pretzels amazing the people that work behind the counter are all soooo awesome ? Outstanding?You just can't go wrong with these amazing Wetzel Pretzels

Staff there today around 1pm, was on point! I asked for extra salt and they delivered without hesitation. They had a great attitude and the work atmosphere felt cohesive, which made for a very pleasant experience.

I don’t know what happened but the quality of the pretzels have gone down. Every time I get a pretzel from here it seems like they dump it in grease, then instead of the pretzel being firm and tasty, it tastes chewy and doughy. Not raw, but 50-75% cooked. Sad. Drinks are okay though.

Slow service and dry... very unfortunate because I was hungry and probably would have eaten about anything in that moment. Customer service is definitely lacking as they're more worried about doing other things like prepping to close (early) rather than taking care of customers.

Upstairs location was wonderful...never going to the downstairs location again the people working there were rude and had no customer relation skills!

I have been to Wetzels Pretzels more times than I can count with fingers. I even knew the old boss. Kevin was a super joyful man who knew how to run a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, I have no idea who is running the place now but may I say it is awful now. I go to grab a pretzel and immediately the cashiers are clueless with what they are doing or seem to be annoyed all the time! I tried to give this place multiple chances but the food is always stale and cold and with the ridiculous prices I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. I asked for a garlic Parmesan and they are out of Parmesan, the other time they were out of dogs, like seriously? It seems like they are always out of something! I'd be fine with it if it wasn't for these new workers always having horrible customer service. Definitely won't be returning back to this location.

Sadly pretzels were awful. They were stale and dried out. Then on top of that it was almost $20! For 1 pretzel and a cup of stuffed pretzel bites.Wow

The worst service. The staff on mondays around 4pm are just lazy and rude. They need better training. Waited almost 35-40 min for pizza bites while I overheard the cashier tell other people that the pizza bites would be a fast 10 min wait. Through all my waiting the girl from the back came to finally hand over the bites and she just tossed them over with no smile or no eye contact, didn't say one word, but yet she was chatty Kathy in the back. While the whole time I was waiting with my two children and the staff is behind the counter just talking about gossip and life. The cashier is horribly rude, she needs a different position if she can't be nice and communicate. I suggest janitor. From now on we will no longer go to this site. If you can avoid it, I suggest you do. At least with this staff working.

Went to the one upstairs one of the girls had an attitude and wasn't very nice. She needs to xhange her tone when asking us to repeat ourselves.

My experience at the downstairs location was extremely disappointing. I went to the long line after I was finished at Lens Crafters because I was starving and figured if I went anywhere else, I would probably have to wait just as long. I stood in line for about 20-25 minutes and saw a sign that said "Contactless payment methods are preferred" I was super relieved as I forgot my debit card at home, however I had my apple pay on my phone. After waiting in line forever, the first thing I said was "Hello, you take apple pay right?" The girl at the register said "No... we don't have it" I pointed to the TWO signs that said they "PREFFER" contactless payments and said "I waited in line for over 20 minutes because you guys have this sign displayed" she still said "well... we don't have it" I was so upset that I had to leave before I made a scene. I thought in my opinion that after waiting that long and not being served food due to their error that they could have at least just given me a pretzel for the inconvenience. This experience made me really upset especially for their lack of empathy toward their customers.
