After searching online for a gym, my wife and I decided to sign up for the 2-day guest pass. We visited the location only to find out that you can't work out without scheduling your visit. When we suggested a different day and time, they said they couldn't accommodate it. We had a terrible experience with customer service, and the parking here is subpar. Next time, if you're offering a "free trial," make sure to specify calling first to avoid wasting people's time. The receptionist also mentioned they were at capacity. Avoid this gym; you are better off elsewhere!

This place is more garbage than a discord admins room. No cleaning, lobby is always putting loud music, never filling the spray bottles, bathrooms are disgusting. You might as well go somewhere else, everyone hogs the machines, please do yourself a favor and send the manager to do his job and clean up his lousy workers.

If you consider waiting around for equipment to become available as part of your workout routine this is the place. Nice facility but way oversold and even in off times it's hard to complete a full workout in a reasonable time or with any rhythm. Not to mention the mob of aspiring influencers on the their phones/taking pictures and all the groups of high school kids hogging equipment. I was a member for over four years, not anymore.

My wife couldn’t use any other facilities for six months so she thought her membership was canceled because you couldn’t get in and then we got billed for 500 dollars and there was nothing they could do to help us out. There was a glitch in her account which is why she couldn’t get in but they still took her $500.

Pros. Great building, Newer Construction, lots of space, and has all the amenities. Cons: Place is filthy! The men’s locker room is gross!. Dirty sinks, urinals and floors. Jacuzzi Whirlpool smells like feet fungus. Could use better layout of equipment.

Staff and manager are friendly; nice new gym compared to others around the area. Not sure what's up with all the reviews on cleanliness...if all attendees just all did their part on cleaning up after themselves, our workout community wouldn't have such a problem. Like who leaves pizza boxes and taco bags in the parking lot?!?! And let's not even mention the sweat left behind on the benches on the equipment and more. And the bathroom? There's a trash can. Let's just all do our part in this and it'll be alright: let's all take accountability instead of blaming. ✌️? Happy New Year.

Pros: affordable membership price, ample workout equipment, pool, good parking options.Cons: cleaning is subpar!! The men’s lockerroom is downright deplorable. Dirty sinks, urinals and floors, paper littered throughout. To management reading this review, please respond with a tangible, measurable solution. Canned responses like: ”we appreciate your feedback and are working tirelessly to improve” are unacceptable. Complaints such as this were submitted well over a year ago yet no resolution.I emailed the manager outlining my concerns and will await a response. I’m prepared to elevate the concern until resolved. I’ll provide periodic updates here.

Women's bathroom is filthy!!! This whole place is filthy, dirty. I come from a clean women's gym and had to get a 24 hour fitness membership because of my trainer.. We went into the steam room, and it smells so bad. It stinks! I'm used to them smelling like a strong ointment. It says NO shoes, but I wouldn't dare to walk around the locker room or around or steam room barefoot. All the cracks in the walls by the water fountain also filthy. This place needs a deep clean. On top of that there's never a machine available upstairs unless you go at 2am

Looks nice. Attentive staff. But the used band aide on the pool deck speaks for itself

I first went here shortly after the gym opened a couple of years ago and was impressed by the styling, large space, and new equipment! The gym’s in an office building complex with limited duration validated membership parking during weekdays, so I had a quick workout, leaving little time for a review with photos. With recent visits to the South Bay, I revisited the gym at different times and noticed a similar pattern of use and abuse by members as other urban gyms, with staff barely able to keep up during the high traffic times. I cringed at the locker room lacking maintenance one evening and then appreciated the cleaner appearance on another day, before the crowd! The actual gym was nice to see! It’s one of largest gyms I’ve ever seen, still with newer workout equipment than I’m used to and separate workout areas and programs with lots of space. It helps to keep in mind the orientation of the parking area with the gym, as the gps may not work well inside the garage. I first followed other members leaving their vehicles in workout clothes with duffel bags, while noting my own vehicle’s location! So relative to busy urban gyms, there will be the typical times of overcrowding and the challenge to get a handle on it, tho the slower early morning, midmorning thru noon and late night visits may be more opportune.

I'm a Torrance native and a member of 24 hr fitness for over 20 yrs. Ive veen to all the local 24 hour locatios this is by far the worst location. yes its new but cramped, small, horrible parking and too busy of a location. you have to deal with the mall traffic just to get to the business building they put it in. i really miss the one they shut down on Artesia blvd it was roomy with ample parking. all the machines here are spaced way too close together and too many people lined up waiting for the machine your using. who wants to work out with that kind of pressure? the environment here doesn't promote good self care it's stressful
