85 bakery stuff won't give me a full cup of milk tea when I paid for a cup . Just because I said NO ICE.NO ICE doesn't mean I shouldn't get a full cup of drink.

Bad experience with the servers and their attitude. No signs to warn when items are out of stock and expecting customers to pay the for their mistake.Had to opt for other items and pay more and wait for refunds.
FRESH BREAD4.5/5 | Boba Milk Tea, Taro Bread, Brioche BunFood: 85 is a solid bakery and boba shop! I come to this spot quite often, and the bready and drink quality have been great. I got the boba milk tea this time, and I loved it :)Service: The cashiers have been nice and kind every time I come!Ambiance: The shop itself is quite small, but there is an outside seating area with a couple tables.

85 degrees is always such a treat! I picked up a box of their baked goods today, as a gift for someone. The baked goods are reasonably priced and great to bring to parties / events. I got the iced Thai milk tea, and it was delicious. I honestly think they have some of the best boba drinks in the area. I also recommend getting the 85 degrees app so you can collect points for free rewards. Will definitely be coming back again!

Horrible experience. I had ordered a cake for pickup -- and I ended up at the wrong location (there is another store in Torrance that is much larger and friendlier). The manager was very rude about me mixing up the stores and that this particular location does not accept online orders. No big deal - was happy to drive down the street - but a little empathy would have been nice. This store had a long line, clearly not enough staff, and minimal selection of items around 12:30 pm. The manager's attitude has turned me off from returning to this location ever again.

I usually like this place but today they gave me a jasmin seasalt milkteathat was waaay too salty with the sweetener missing? this is the second time they messed up my order this week.
We've been here quite a few times, but it's always a hit or miss. Their bread selection is not great, and if you come after 6pm, it's non-existent and you'll be lucky to find 2 or 3 types of bread. Their boba is pretty tasty and consistent if you need a boba fix.

Mango creme brulee was amazing. Very light and mild sweetness.

85 degrees is conveniently located within the Del Amo mall and is a decent stop for a quick tea or pastry. The service is good enough. For those unfamiliar with the chain, 85 degree is an Asian bakery that features a variety of pastries, including cakes, Asian classics, etc., and drinks, coffee and teas. This place on a food and drink quality is the same as any other location. My main gripe with this place is that all the seating is right outside and is clearly designated for the bakery does not seem to be accounted for. Given the small size of the bakery, it makes more sense to wait for items such as drinks right outside while sitting down. However, these tables are often are sticky and crumbs leftover. Furthermore, I'm not even sure they announce when drinks are made, but if they do, you cannot hear from outside.

I am a little disappointed by the inconsistency of your products. Check out the extra small cake on the right. Are you kidding me? And the extra filling on the second one from the left. This is not the quality that I expect from a Taiwanese company. Come on 85 degrees, you can do better than this.

While roaming around the mall, we decided to grab some drinks and ordered their passion fruit green tea and strawberry milk tea. The service was okay and took a while to make the drinks. When we tried the drinks, the green tea tasted diluted and strawberry milk tea was thick and very sweet. The location is seen in the corner of the mall and is pretty small.
