I went for their BBQ chicken bonelesswings. They no longer serve them. I was a bit disappointed, since the sauce was really good.

IMy husband likes it even though it overpriced. We went there just for him and ordered two items and they didn't ring in his order. So, the kids had a burger to split and he got nothing.

Waited in an extra long slow line only to be told they wouldn't accept my coupon. The valid and unexpired coupon that was given out AT THIS RESTAURANT! The cashier would only say I needed to take it up with the Manager who wasn't there. I have been a frequent customer here for years but probably no more after this.
I've never thought of Arby's as a go-to fast food option, until a friend of mine had me try one of their Market Fresh Sandwiches and I was in love! I'm a sucker for a good turkey sandwich and it had me at first bite. I only go to Arby's for the Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon Sandwich. It comes with thickly sliced roasted turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, parmesan peppercorn ranch on thick slices of honey wheat bread. This sandwich literally tastes like a homemade sandwich, but with a little more flair. It's definitely one of my favorites when I'm in the mood for a sandwich. Another surprisingly delicious treat on their menu is the Apple Turnover! OMGeeeee!! I warm it up and just sink into heaven!

The 3 stars is related to service. The food is fine. I don't know if they are understaffed but I've come to this location twice and both times it took a while for my order to be taken in the drive through. I also needed to park in front of the restaurant and wait for my food - both times. This is unfortunate, because the workers seem nice, but this location doesn't seem to be managed well.
