Older man working here is extremely rude. You’re better off going to Bruster’s in the same plaza for ice cream. Better ice cream there and way better service.

The waffle cones are always SO STALE at this location. I almost broke a tooth. They need to have fresh cones every day... I wonder how long they have them sitting there for...

Came in to get a birthday scoop. Met with a worker with a pissy attitude scoffing at us asking if we need the app or email for the birthday redemption. Continued to browse flavors as he scoops for the customer in front of us with no gloves on. Proceeds to ring them up and exchanges cash then comes to us to ask if we were ready. Never washing his hands.. we ask for a sample of their new flavor that only had a scoop big enough to be from a sample spoon. He says no. We ask if they don't do samples and he says "no I'm not giving YOU a sample". We ask if we can just redeem the birthday scoop since it expires today and he scoffs at us again and goes into the back of the store. 10 mins later he comes back threatening to call the cops if we don't leave his store. Really? Call the cops on us because we are trying to sample the new flavor and get our birthday scoop? If you don't wanna work in customer service/food industry, then don't! I get everyone has their bad days but dang. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If I could give less than 1 star I would. This guy doesn't even deserve 1 star

I would seriously rethink using this place for birthday party cakes! I ordered an ice cream cake online way ahead of time and was scheduled to pick it up on day of party at 11AM, one hour prior to my daughter's 11 birthday party. I get there a few minutes before 11am, and wait til they open, which I thought would be 11AM, as stated on my paperwork for the pick up time. 11:05AM passes, 11:10AM passes, I I'm frantically outside try calling the shop, but you can see no one is there. I finally left as I had no choice and was trying to come up with an alternate plan to get a birthday cake before people arrive at my house in less than 45 minutes. Back at my house someone FINALLY answers the phone at 1130AM, and his answer is: "sometimes we open past 11AM". Hmmm....I guess it would have been nice to be informed of this. I wish I could pay him less and reply, "sometime I come up short on what you charge for ice cream cakes"!Regardless, SO not worth it, I definitely didn't need the stress of having to go back to pick up cake. Skip this place and head to Coldstones--probably more reliable---or Kings Hawaiian. Baskin-Robbins is most definitely not what it use to be; thank goodness there are SO many other options!

We ordered the pistachio almond ice cream cake and it was really good. My family enjoyed it. I thought the cake was overall nice. The happy should have been at the top and the birthday should have been at the bottom, but other than that, I'd totally order a cake from this location again.

I came and ordered the new Oreo and Cold Brew Blast. Upon entering, we were not greeted at all. The man behind the counter looked like he might've been the franchised owner. So no hello, no what can I get you, no nothing. So proceeded to tell him my order. He repeated over and over again "Blast, right???". So he pulls up what looks like his recipe sheet and proceeds to make it. The marketing ads on the window say it has the actual Oreo Cold Brew ice cream in it but as I stand there, I don't see him come to scoop the ice cream. Once he's done, I asked if it includes the ice cream. He responds with "of course", so I said "I didn't see you scoop it,, that's why I'm asking". He ignores me and rings me up for $8! Unfortunately, I was right, it tasted like ice coffee watered down with ice. Terrible. Just terrible.
Noticing a trend with Baskin Robbins owners around south bay and don't know if there's any correlation or maybe a cultural thing. But this place at this particular location the ice cream is baskin robbins and so are all the other locations... but maybe it's cause I'm Asian? I didn't feel the friendliest service here, actually not one bit. I wanted a coffee flavored shake like a sweet frappe type of shake... when I asked for it the owner just raised his eyebrows and said what flavor? I asked him if there's any coffee flavored shakes he replied, " yeah... coffee" I just agreed and he made it with more milk than ice cream which thinned out the flavor of the shake. Learned my lesson if it's not a teenage kid working there just find another one. You're going to have to put up with a cultural thing, I really don't get. Equal to bad service

Ice cream here is really good but service is super slow. This store has just one person working here and there was a line out the door on a weekday afternoon. This store needs more people working here, manager here needs to staff the store better.

Went in to buy a hand pack quart of ice cream. I can't believe the man told me he wouldn't sell it to me because it would leave him with nothing to sell to his customers. I reminded him that I am a customer who wanted to buy a quart and pay hand pack price that is $5.00 more than what was offered in the freezer that were pre-packed with limited flavors that my mom doesn't like. Once he understood my reasoning, he barely packed my quart of ice cream. It was more an air packed volume at best. So chintzy of him! Look at my photo of what I bought pre-packed volume versus his sadly packed volume. I melted them to get the air out to show you the difference. I will not be going there anymore. I shouldn't have to reason with him to buy a quart of hand packed ice cream.

Our usual go to location for Baskin Robbins and the service has always been consistently good! They did some renovations now and it looks nicer and more modern. Lots of flavors to choose from + ice cream cakes + they have a new glass case that has other treats I've never seen them do before. They had an oreo ice cream sandwich, a clown ice cream cone, helado, etc. They're really stepping up there game (probably since Bruster's is just down the way). Overall, it's usually not too busy here and the service and ice cream are good.
