Went there to get my husbands favorite ice cream for his birthday. Got there at 1105 since it was posted that they open at 11. They were not open. Waited for 20 minutes. The gentleman that opened was not nice or sorry at all. He in fact was rude. In the future I will take a drive and go to the one on Crenshaw.

Just went to get a milkshake and the guy had two extra jugs of milk tells me there's not enough milk then complains about what else I order which was two scoops of the ice cream I asked for in the milk shake a girl comes out to help my friends order and the whole time she was on her phone with AirPods talking someone I come to this location all the time and have never been treated this way needs to be better if you want me as a customer.

Called the owner and talk to Her and she said nothing she can do. It not about the money, it the principle of standing behind your employees for their mistakes, or hers, going to find out who owns Baskin-Robbins Company. Went tonight with 20 minutes prior to closing and the employees were rude and lied to us about being out of ice cream because they cleaned up early. How is it possible that one entire section of their most common flavors were all out of stock?! When I asked if they had any more mint and chip in the back they flat out said no. How is their flagship flavors all gone? They were lazy and rude and didn't want to serve us. We ended up buying a quart of it just so we could have the flavor. Never going to this one again...management should teach their employees that they are to serve the customer until the moment the store closes.

So there I am Dry throat choking(I didn't have any water in my truck) I run into Baskins Robbins at 21113 Hawthorne Blvd and weakly and with a distress look on my face I ask/handsignal for some water; the worker there said we sell bottle water..and We don't give tap water, so I ran out of there choking and coughing to the next store which is a restaurant and they gave me a large cup of water without any questions. After Feeling better I went back to baskins Robbins to let them know I was chocking and he could have given me the water at that moment just to relieve my choke...Oh explaining this to you, I'm being nice; the words I gave the worker..I think I would have embarrassed you if you were with me. I told him I was choking and he should have given me some water..he said after I left his store he then realized I was chocking and he apologized; I gave him a few more embarrassing words and left. GRRR
