We had a shared table with two other groups but that just meant we got to enjoy more of a show by the talented Chef. Loved our food and we had leftovers for one-two more meals afterwards.

Had a reservation at 11:30 and had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated. They open at 11 and they weren’t opening any additional tables. They only had two tables open. They seem to be waiting to completely fill the table because a group of two didn’t show up.Also the owner only replies to good reviews on here and never addresses the bad reviews. Really shows what type of owner, this place has.I talked to the manager about the situation and she was rude. She said she didn’t know what was going on and told me to keep waiting without any explanation.Usually if you come here, expect to get your food like 2 hours after you arrive on time.

I came to this establishment with the intention of celebrating a veteran's birthday and retirement. Despite having a reservation at 7:15 and arriving on time, I encountered significant delays in receiving service. Upon checking in, I was informed of an additional 30-minute wait, which I accepted. However, after being seated, I waited for an astonishing 2 hours without any assistance.Seeking clarity, I approached the manager on duty, Emma, who assured me that the issue would be resolved within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, beyond that timeframe, there was no improvement. Upon returning to Emma, she requested an additional 10 minutes. In total, we waited for an hour and 45 minutes beyond the initial 30-minute delay.Expressing my concern to Emma, she remained dismissive and only offered a dessert as compensation for the unacceptable wait. Emma's lack of accountability, disrespect, and dismissive attitude reflected poorly on her managerial capabilities. Her inadequate customer service skills and apparent lack of empathy underscore the need for a reevaluation of her role as a manager. Emma's behavior during this experience was unacceptable, and it is clear that she is not suitable for a managerial position in this establishment.

The food was just okay. It would be nice if there were salt & pepper shakers nearby. But I guess the "come on" are the entertaining cooks.Parking: There was an ample amount of parking. It is good that they take reservations, which more or less controls the number of vars that will need to park in their open parking lot.

Horrible customer service; when asking about the wait time. I was reminded that my reservation was at 8pm. When 8pm came I was then told that my they were waiting for people to leave…. Very rude!

My anticipation was high as I visited this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The customer service provided by the manager, Emma, was utterly disappointing. Despite my excitement, I endured over 2 hours of waiting without receiving any food.Throughout the evening, Emma displayed a remarkably poor attitude and seemed indifferent to the issues at hand. I observed other patrons who arrived after me getting seated and enjoying their meals while I remained overlooked. Emma offered no explanation for this discrepancy, and despite my attempts to seek clarification, she repeatedly walked past without addressing the situation.When I finally approached Emma directly, her response was dismissive, showcasing a complete lack of concern for the poor customer service I was experiencing. This was undeniably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The absence of empathy and understanding regarding the frustration of waiting over 2 hours for a meal was disheartening.Emma failed to provide any solution with her poor managerial skills and did not offer an apology for the subpar treatment I endured. My initial excitement turned into disappointment due to this unfortunate experience, and I believe it's crucial for the management to address such shortcomings to ensure a more positive dining experience for all customers.

Reservation was for 7:45pm. Didn't get seated til 8:24pm and the chef didn't arrive til 9:26pm. The restaurant was awfully dirty, with dishes left on the tables and floors not clean. Food & trash on the floor! Although the chef was comical, the food wasn't quite good. The salad definitely had wilted & brown lettuce pieces. I asked for the manager twice. He first came down our aisle but quickly walked away. When I asked for him again, he didn't approach me first, he went to another table where the patrons were already leaving. He then makes his way to me in which I explained our current experience and how it was horrible. I asked him how can he rectify the situation and his response was “I'll let you get some food in your stomach and then I'll come talk to you.” & proceeded to walk away. In all of my years of going to Benihanas, I have NEVER experienced this. This is a pure case of bad management & quantity over quality. Never again!

Tonight the food was good and the chefs did their best to interact with the diners at the table. However this location was understaffed this Sunday night and did not have nearly enough chefs to handle the tables in a timely manner. Even with a reservation and having placed our order with the server... we waited almost 2 hours to eat. No one came around to refill waters or check on the table. The chef had to repeatedly remind multiple coworkers for simple customer requests such as steamed rice for the children or water to drink. I spoke with a manager to express how we felt, realizing other diners' similar frustration. After a few ideas/ suggestions, the manager finally made very good effort the remainder of the evening to be present, aware, and even apologetic about the situation. He even came to me personally one last time to say goodnight and make sure I was happy with how everything wrapped up.

Sometimes service takes a while to get moving. A bit too loud for standard conversations to take place or servers to hear you well. Wish there were some bread options or other items available for picky eaters.
