Loved it! Toppings are unlimited and super refreshing. I was on preggy craving for an açaí bowl and they delivered

Tbh the quality of acai itself isn't the best, but I love that there's a wide variety of *unlimited* toppings to choose from! It's so nice that you get to customize your own bowl. Some of the toppings I recommend are the dried goji berries, cacao nibs and raw coconut flakes. Packed with lots of healthy superfoods, acai bowls here are so delicious and satisfying. They also have rolled ice cream which I haven't tried yet.

Note: Name is "Carissa's Delicious Creamery". Botanic Bowls is inside Carissa's!I can’t say enough good things about these bowls and this place! What a treat! If you haven’t tried this place yet, I highly recommend it!First of all, you pay for the size instead of the toppings – which is truly appreciated!Secondly, the customization of toppings makes these more than worth trying!Thirdly, these bowls are an ideal healthy and nutritious snack! The bases are all non-dairy and made with natural sugars instead of artificial ones! So much better than all the junk/fast food options out there.Additionally, the employees here are some of the nicest employees in the entire LA area! Truly commendable customer service! Their friendliness combined with professionalism make this a very welcoming place – whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular.Tip: You can test the bases before committing to any flavors *and* you can mix bases for new flavors!Don't forget to sign up for rewards while visiting! No app needed - so wonderful!

I didn't order any fancy instagram worthy ice cream. I only ordered a scoop of Honey Lavender which was very purple in color. The flavor was okay and it had an ice more than cream feel to it. It's not a bad product it just wasn't amazing. The girl working hard behind the counter was very courteous.

the customer service here is wonderful! the girl who helped us was probably one of the friendliest customer service people i have ever met. i wish i would have caught her name to give her a shout out.my bowl was really good!! They open at 1:00pm during the week and at noon on the weekends. Perfect place for lunch!!!!!!!this place is a worthy contender in the acai bowl world.must try!

Nothing hits the spot quite like açaí in the summer! This spot got me so excited, because who doesn't love unlimited toppings?? It's also quite affordable considering the option to customize everything. If you like the idea of doubling granola, mixing & matching flavors, or just piling toppings on açaí, then this is the place for you. However, I have to say -- I was a bit disappointed by the base. It is very sweet, and made me skeptical that's it's actually a natural açaí base. Also notable, they scoop the açaí base into the cup straight from a freezer tub, rather than the usual fresh blend at açaí shops. tldr; if you are in it for the toppings, this is the place for you. If you are highly invested in the base, I've had better. But either way don't skip out on the chia pudding -- it's a terrific add-on!

The acai bowls are so bomb!!! And with a slap of a cookie. Best 1-2 Mayweather right there. And they're generous asf with their toppings

I love the idea of this place due to its unlimited toppings, 5 different bases, and 5 different granolas. However, the bowls were bland and the small size didn't allow for many toppings. The store was a bit difficult to locate as it shares a space with an ice cream shop. The workers were nice and friendly but didn't know whether or not the granolas were vegan, and while that wasn't a huge deal for me, the staff should know the ingredients incase someone has an allergy. I would not come here again as there are better Acai bowl places in the area.

What the f*** is this place? No signs of "Botanic Bowls" at all! You eat in a f****** ice cream parlor. Botanic Bowls has a section of the fridge, and they top it off with ice cream toppings. If you're interested in coming, look out for "Carissa's Delicious Creamery" but I would not recommend this place. The Acai tastes like cardboard and they run out of toppings.

Great bowl!! Bought two bowls here, was impressed with the amount of options and unlimited toppings. Bowls were filled to the brim and very tasty. Giving 4 stars only because I think the açaí could have been better quality- definitely more sweet and sugary. Will come again!

I got their acai bowl and loved how we were able to mix it with the "Blue Magic" as well as the unlimited toppings we can add from fruit, granolas, etc.The customer service was great - very helpful, friendly, and allowed us to taste test the various acai type flavors before making our choice. My fiance and I shared a large and we were pleasantly full.

I walked in 15 minutes prior to closing. For starters, one of the staff rolled her eyes upset that we were arriving so late (as if I did that purposefully). Then when I tried to order they said I could only get ice cream as the Acai bowls were not available because they "needed to get ahead on the dishes." Too bad customer service ruined my opportunity to ever try this place.
