What have I just stumbled on??? Trouble. That's what. Happened to be in the area and was searching for a breakfast burrito so decided to give this place a shot. They had a crazy tasty sounding menu but went simple with the rise n shine plus bacon breakfast burrito. Dude said it would take 20 minutes... um, okay... I had time. Waiting for the burrito, I started checking out their fridge. Door after door, amazing selection of craft beer! Prices weren't too bad either. Found a few that I haven't tried and got a couple pint 4 packs. I tell ya, their system works. Burrito was done in like 10 minutes. It was delicious! Their salsas were decent too. Came with a mild red sauce and a green sauce in the bag. I asked for a spicy one. The spicy had a good bite but wasn't too spicy. The green sauce was amazing! The mild even had good flavor with a hint of bbq. Overall, I like this place and will likely find excuses in the future to have my cheat meals here. Oh, and beer. Good good beer. Well done c&c. Cheers!
amazing sandwiches. definitely one of the best places in the south bay. staff is friendly and helpful. come here if you need a good sandwich
I've only been here twice and I'm SO IMPRESSED by the liquor selection, as well as the selection of hand made sandwiches and super friendly staff!
I'd seen many great Yelp! reviews of this spot. I had to try the deli sandwiches for myself, and I'm glad I did. They have several interesting menu choices; I'm sold on the turkey & beef sub (that makes Subway fare look like a snack). The staff (on 2 visits) was very welcoming and happy to suggest some really unique local brews. So much creativity went into their selections and even the decor that it seems like an "after" store/grill envisioned by Gordon Ramsay. Even the decor is witty/fun. (Reminds me of some of Kansas City's home-grown businesses.) It's a busy, lively spot tucked on the NE corner of Torrance Blvd. & on Hawthorne. Ample parking. The wide selection of craft beers is impressive. This place is very well-stocked and after I took a friend here for lunch, we agreed it's excellent and we'll definitely return!
I was craving a breakfast burrito yesterday, 6/29/21. I did not want to go to Phanny's because I am not really a fan of their burritos so I saw Caps and Corks instead. Oh my god!!! Best decision ever!!! Finally found a really good breakfast burrito!! I got two orders of the Rise and Shine breakfast burrito with bacon, ham, and sausage with their green salsa for $19.00 (estimate). It was soooooo good!!! I went there on a Tuesday at 11:30 AM and no lines. I also did not know that they sold food here because before they opened, I knew they were selling liquor and beer. Glad to know that they have a small food stall inside. I wasn't able to take a picture because I devoured it really fast. Thank you!!! We will definitely be back.
This place is ??? I went on Thursday around 10am. Was crowded. Staff was super nice. Got a breakfast burrito and WOW. Definitely would recommend to anyone
Good sandwiches but was confused when the meatball sandwich was just ground beef and cheese. No sauce?
This place is fast, friendly and they have some of the best breakfast burritos in south bay. The rise and shine burrito is my favorite. It's always a big portion and it's always delicious. Definitely rate the burrito a 7.8/10. Also, they have a great beer and wine selection if you need something to drink.
Exceptional sandwiches. Every element of sandwich is top notch quality. Breakfast burritos are also fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.
Place is great. Can get busy, but you have the option to call and order ahead of time. The 3 meat breakfast burrito is amazing for those days your looking for a hearty, savory, filling breakfast burrito.
Yummm yummmm Yummm And they're so friendly and funny. Just order ahead so you're not standing for 20 plus mts. A+++
I ordered the veggie breakfast burrito no cheese.I called to ask if they serve them all day and the guy on the phone was friendly and funny. He let me know the wait time and recommended I order ahead.I walked in and someone was ready to help me. The place is organized and clean. My burrito was delicious. It had perfect amount of flavor and salt. I’ll be back for sure.
This place is amazing..the philthy philly cheesteak is a must try..
I got the rise and shine burrito with avocado and sausage. It was really good. The eggs were cooked nice and fluffy and I liked how they grilled the burrito. The wait was 30 min though. I'm glad I called my order in. Also they give salsa. It's a good burrito and I will order it again if I have time to wait 30 mins.
Love this place for breakfast burritos - the green salsa is a must. I've had a few of their sandwiches and they're great too.
