We ordered extra well fries as we do in the branch near to our house, and they said this branch is different and they don’t do fries like that, basically they can’t fry fries for a little longer. There’s no napkins, ketchup, etc. available in the dining area, the chicken burgers look smaller, I feel like buying an expensive meal, maybe that’s the impression of the lack of service and napkins. If you can go to the branch in Crenshaw and sky park you’ll see the difference.

Quality at Chick-fil-A seems to be suffering everywhere. Second bad experience here, tough chicken likely under heat to long and cold fries cooked in dirty grease. I am done with Chick-fil-A.

The food was good, warm, and looked put together well. Service was attentive, polite, warm, and efficient. These were the best trained fast food employees I have ever encountered. Atmosphere was good. Less loud and tinny than most music.
Very tasty Chicken Sandwiches and wraps. I recommend the cool wrap with avocado lime dressing for a healthier option, or the spicy deluxe for a hearty meal.Food comes out fairly quickly, but there can be a bit of a line. It's worth the wait though.
Do NOT go here. Waited more than 20 minutes for a mobile order that never came out. When the manager finally got involved, she had the wrong order remade. When she realized her mistake, with her back to me, she literally told one of the employees to try to explain to me why it was taking longer. She obvious didn't care about the level of customer service or customer experience. Do not come here if you are in a rush or out doing your shopping.. // original review: Crazy busy ever time I have been there. Food is good and service is friendly.

Overall been good here and been one of my best local chic-fil-a’s but there’s one rude employee. The girl that looks masculine is not very friendly and looks bothered by everyone that asks her anything. Never says you’re welcome and barely acknowledges people.
