customer service is still not important at THIS storealso, wondering why my total is different EVERY week, when i always order the same thing!?!?!?Update: management at this site has changed, and the customer service lever has gone up so high that I would change this rating to 5*Mgmt must have charged again, cz as of today, CS was EASY down! guess good help is hard to acquire in this "me first" society... > left wo ordering anything bcs of it.

I took my fiance here today it was his 1st time which he fell in love with their spicy chicken sandwich & nuggets with sauce.. His comment was this place is the Best Ever they need to close down all McDonald's & place a Chick-fil-A where they were. He said they a little bit pricey but it was worth every single penny he spent $48. Bucks for 30 piece nugget , spicy chicken combo with 2 lemonade frost..
After needing to use the restroom from a very long trip, I got a really interesting little visit from the manager right now in the restroom. It's very weird to have somebody waiting for you outside of a two stall restroom when the other stall is completely open. She made me feel like I was doing something wrong by needing to use the restroom before ordering... I don't need to be asked if I need help in the restroom or be served food in my restroom that I'm using. I decided not to eat here afterwards because of the unwelcomeness that I received. I should not be treated like do-do no matter what going to a corporate establishment such as this.
