Went in around 1030 on a Tuesday morning, ordered about $15 worth of food and I asked to use the Restroom. The manager told me the restroom was out of service. Which was a lie because I saw one of the employees go in a little while after I asked. Don't appreciate being lied to. I'm tired of everyone still using COVID-19 as an excuse to be lazy. So I had to walk to the restaurant across the way just to wash my hands. Also the self serve soda machine is "closed". If a restaurant can't afford to have a self serve soda machine, they should just close their doors.

Lately I order value meals for some reason I don't get my fries! The last 3 times, no fries! My mom loves your shake and chili fries! She always gets hers! I can't run back my mom is 96 years old! I can't leave her alone and I just got her back in the house!

Incorrect hours on Google. Arrived at 2am because verified hours on Google said they're open 24 hours. When I arrived I saw a window sign stating hours are 7:30am-11:00pm. I drove out of my way for nothing.

They deserve No Stars. What I received was not what I ordered. Unpleasant to my eyes. And tasteless to my stomach. The way prices are going up... yall need to make more effort in ur work or find a job u truly like. I heard about ur store only after I complained to a neighbor resident who say yall food is just nasty. For my first time, ever eating at del tacos, I'm turned off from all.. want Mexican food?? I recommend all to go to a real Mexican restaurant

Went here to pick up an early breakfast at 7:19am. Despite the fact that the business had literally updated their store hours five weeks ago per Google, the employee told me they were not open until 7:30. It looked like his staff was late and he was covering for them, and the blatant lie about when they actually open was ridiculous. Just felt the need to call out the employee who thinks they’re smarter than a customer with cell service and a Google search engine lol
Was there grabbing my lunch when a homeless man approaches and asked me for something. It looked like he was asking for water so I told the cashier he seems to be asking for water. He gave it to him as I took off. When I was about to leave, I didn't have napkins and hot sauce so I went back in. The homeless guy was still there giving me the mean look and stink-eye at me while he was telling another customer what to order for him, so she was obligated to get him a combo meal. I then also offered and asked the homeless guy if he wants anything in addition with the food she was getting him. He didn't reply back to me so without hesitation I went ahead and got him a taco. He later responded rudely and told me "Too late the lady already getting me somethin'.." I already purchased a taco for him so I gave it to him and told him to "just take it, and you can always eat it later." My point is that I don't know how often this homeless man comes around but it's annoying and not welcoming when you enter the premises of the restaurant. Doing a good deed of kindness is something I always do, but in this case the homeless person was hostile and did not show any appreciation. He should not make customers like us feel obligated to buy food for him, especially when you have your kids to feed.
