Been going for years. Homemade style of food. Big servings. Reasonably priced
Pretty great lil spot. Only got the breakfast sandwich. It was pretty good. Location was best part tho. It's located in old Torrence. So fun. Also, locals seem to like.
Food was great, and staff was very attentive. Got offered coffee refill about 4 times. Will be stopping by anytime im nearby for breakfast..
Tasty breakfast. Hash browns were inconsistent. Overall I enjoyed my omelet
Nice little "hole in the wall" breakfast/brunch place. I go there for breakfast and I'm never disappointed. Locals place. Most people have been going there for a while. You hear a lot of people greeting each other on a first name basis.I usually get the marinated steak and eggs. My wife gets some kind of egg dish. It's cash only. Parking is easy. Plenty of seating outside with only a few tables inside.
A very solid local eatery focused mainly on breakfast, but also serves lunch. Extremely, friendly and fast service as well.
Nice little restaurant in Torrance. Dedicated staff and super quick service. The food portions were very good and the taste was excellent. Great brunch place.
Why aren't you here now. Yes, now!Go! PEER PRESSURE! Its all good. Always check the specials board too, the zoop of the day is usually on it. Why are you still here? Go on, git.
Omg this place is a gem! Stumbled on this place looking for breakfast and I was not let down. My girlfriend had the marinated steak breakfast and it was not only perfectly cooked but was enough for lunch too! I had the breakfast sandwich combo and I couldn't have been happier with the service and the food. I found my new favorite breakfast spot!
Man is this place lame. They totally stole Eat at Joe's steez even down to the cartoon chef and the John Wayne. What they didn't steal though, was good cooking. I got the country fried steak with eggs and the steak was thin, tough and dark? And the gravy was very flour-y; so much so I only ate 1/4 as I feared getting all plugged up later . Oh yeah, need to mention that the prices are noticeably higher than Joes and cash only. Breakfast for two was 30 bucks with no drinks or extras.
This place is awesome. Super friendly staff, reasonably priced food, healthy size servings, and quick service. It's a great place for early breakfast or even brunch. Had the Eggs Benedict, French Toast, and Redondo Omelete up to this point, and there is so much more to try! Their gravy is pretty great if you like a side order of biscuits and gravy.
Love it! Great quality. Big portions, reasonable price, minimal wait (for table of 2 on Saturday morning). Husband and I shared the healthy omelette with regular eggs (not egg white) and the banana chocolate chip pancakes. Everything was delicious! Couldn't finish because there was soo much food (and my husband is a big eater). Only complaint was the grapefruit juice. Tasted canned, not freshly squeezed, and was pricey. Other than that, great place to brunch on the weekend
It's a classic breakfast place for me. But our first stop in at Rudy's for breakfast, post-covid was odd. Good point: The eating portion of utensils are now fully covered when they bring them to the table. Very nice change. Bad points: A) Our table was dirty, so I cleaned it myself with tissues and pocket sized spray. B) The menus were VERY dirty. Not just "someone used them this morning" dirty, but in a "hadn't been cleaned in several days" kind of dirty. So I'm glad they are open again, but would love to see more cleaning happening between each customer. Being able to see an establishment's cleaning procedures happening between customers is very important in a pandemic / almost post-pandemic environment. This issue will be important to me and my friends for years to come.
Breakfast is very good. Staff is awesome. Very nice atmosphere. Outside dining is a hit as they always had it before. The menu has a lot of good choices and always a lot of people enjoying their choices. Old Towne Torrance.
Came here during the week with a group and It was SLAMMIN, no wait and outdoor seating. Our waitress was super nice, and the area was real nice... parking easy. Ok here we go pre-usual i ordered everything! Had to get an OJ to start wish it was fresh but it was still ALRGE enough to share with someone, the home made biscuits with HONEY WOWZERS, made my own omelette, BLT, some big MONSTEROUS burrito, and the OG eggs and corn beef hash! When im back in that area im going back for sure!
