My wife and I come to this location often. We come to this location specifically because the staff are so caring, nice and the service is outstanding! Our favorite waitress is a young lady named Jocelyn My 6 yr old granddaughter loves her and loves coming here. Jocelyn always makes sure she makes herself available to take a picture with our granddaughter everytime we go. All of the staff are very nice and that all starts at the top. The management/owners are very attentive and hardworking. This El torito location should be the example of excellence to all the other El toritos in the southbay. I went for happy hour today! And the service SUCKS! The bartender in happy hour section attitude was disgusting and bias. I was there along with also a Latina customer and he rather spoke to her took her order and not mines ( I’m black). I went up to the bar and try to order and he ignored me. I was told to sit at the bar just to find out I was miss informed and was told I can’t order no food but drinks only. I talked to the manager and he told me that If I wanted to order food it would be another 15/20 minutes wait( mind you I was already there 30 minutes prior) the manager was young with braces I did not get his name. He was rude and his attitude was disgusting and bias! Because he sure made the Latino women sat that was there the same time I was there. That el Torito has went down because they are under staff and the current workers they have sucks. I have been coming to this El torito for 19 years and today was an awful service.
