I got an Impossible Meat Fatburger and you couldn't taste the difference between it & beef. It was Great & I also got the last Impossible Meat pattie,they'd run out. The staff were very nice to everyone that was there. Getting back to that Impossible meat Fatburger,if you like a good burger, do yourself a favor & get one or two,Enjoy!...

I have been going to this location for a while. I think I tip the people well there! Today, I ordered two turkey burgers with cheese, onions, lettuce and tomatoes only. When I got home, several miles away, and $16 later, this is what I got? Never again....

100/10 just because of the cashier nicole She is like the coolest person ive meet there!! When she was taking my order she convinced me to try the Impossible Burger and oh my was that burger good. Fast food places NEEDS a cashier like nicole!!! When you walk in fatburger be sure to ask for nicole she will absolutely make you day man!! Cause if not your experience wont be phenomenal!

I went here this one time to get a juicy fat burger cuz my friend suggested i try one. The cashier i think her name was nicole? was so nice! and finished my order fast and orderly, she was so nice as well really a great worker! loved the burger too! would love to come again!

I decided to try Fatburger, and I ordered by phone Two Western Bacon BBQ and the Impossible Burger with Sweet Potato Fries also Fat Fries. He said it will be ready in 15 minutes. The results, when I arrived the timing was 20 minutes, not bad at all, at least it wasn't 30 minutes. The food was good, could have used a little salt but that's my choice. He asked me if I wanted drinks and I said no thank you, but he gave me a free cup my choice of drink on the house. Awesome guy, very friendly.

This place had no customers it just open up and the counter guy was so rude because I didn't have a mask, there was a plexiglass glass between us! What a idiot moron he was! this business needs to be more like InnOut burgers with sunshine employees, they need to select employees with some type of awareness and kindness to the customers! I will tell everyone I know to not go there! I was treated so badly like I was contagious I just left my order of food and money there! I wish he could be treated in return the same so maybe understand how badly I felt. Garbage service 11:30 April 18,2022. Boycott this restaurant!!

Stop!!! If you enjoy lackluster customer service with the insults added please re-consider ordering from this location. To save time, I called in my order today 4/14/22 because I work from home and my time is very limited. Upon arrival, it appeared the establishment was having technical issues with the credit/debit card reader. The manager or team lead proceeded to tap, swipe and insert my debit card 3 times. He stated we had issues earlier so "I have a feeling" it's or issue. I simply replied and said yes it has to be because my card is fine. He snaps and said I didn't say it was your card. I agreed with him and said I was just making a comment just like you did. We're communicating and having a conversation and not to stress about it. He then snapped again...I don't know if he has a problem with multitasking or just feeling the pressure of this new norm we're all adjusting to. Mind you all the other customers are hearing this. I politely asked for my card back and told him to cancel my order. When I called the location the manager or team lead (he would not provide his name). I wanted to confirm if he was the manager and I advised a Yelp review was on its way. He says, oh the credit card machine is working now. As if I was going to circle back around to get disrespected more - NO THANKS! Not to mention, he hung up in my face. So here is a description - Hispanic male bald head about 6 feet 230 pounds, glasses, and an extremely nasty attitude. I frequent this location so much I was surprised not to see the same staff when ordering food back on 3/17/22 (pulled up my account information to determine the last time I ordered). During that visit on 3/17/22, I witnessed this worker/manager being extremely rude and short with the staff. Because I have a strong management background that is relative to the staffing industry, I pay close attention to how businesses operate and the level of professionalism conducted by staff. So here I am taking time out of my day for a horrible experience and typing a long review of pure disappointment. The best part of this story is going down the street off of Carson Street and Normandie to Luis Burgers spending less and my food was just as tasty with a pleasant greeting and send-off. I rarely complain about customer service but establishments must realize we keep the lights on for you guys. You have to do better.........please do not support this location.

They never cook they burger patty properly/ all the way done!! This is my last time ordering from here this is the 3 time I order a burger from here and the patty wasn't well done. Not a good look fatburger at all please start cooking the patty well done unless ask for what the hell y'all doing in the kitchen rushin s***
