We promised our son some ice cream and wanted to get something we don't have back home, so we ended up at Frostbites on the upper level! Took us a while to find but it's located near Din Tai Fung and Uncle Tetsu. The lady working was so nice when we walked up. She made her recommendations and even gave us a sample of those. We ended up picking one of them - taro and strawberry sorbet with vanilla custard. It's actually reasonably priced at $5 and some change for a small, which was plenty for us to share with our kids too. After a while I didn't actually like the taro ice as much, I think the fruity flavors pair better with the custard. Next time I'd want to try the passion fruit with strawberry! They also have crepes here, but I was actually more interested in some of their drink options like the sorbet tea or the cream soda! Lots of options and opportunities to customize what you really want here!

The food was pretty good. It was so smooth. The lady at the front recommended good flavor combinations which honestly made it better. Overall a pretty good spot with good service, delicious food, and good location.

Great staff and yummy desserts. Walk in and the staff just are so good at helping you pick a flavor or mix of flavors. It's like a mix of soft serve and slushee but Better! Also the crepes are really good. You would not think so from the shop looks but yea great crepes.

Customer service was horrendous. The worst ever. Me and my friend stood and waited in line only to realize that there was no line. Both attendants were just talking to their friends who had already been served. We waited for 3-4 minutes making eye contact with both. When i finally walked up and asked if either of them could attend us they treated us with such contempt that we didnt even bother. They need to be FIRED. They obviously dont care one bit.

Frostbites makes the most delicious frozen custard and Italian ice! I’ve been coming here for years and count it as the best dessert I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and get a scoop of the vanilla custard with Italian sorbet on top. You won’t be sorry

How many teenage girls does it take to scoop an ice cream? Apparently 4. I was going to order a crepe and stood next to the ice cream station and was ignored completely. Wanted to order a crepe since I heard it was really good but got irritated and left. I had made eye contact and twice was about to speak to one of the workers but they decided to continue their conversation and skipped over. It's a small place so it's not like they didn't see me. I asked where the line was since there was no sign or specific location but left out of annoyance.

Make that trip and try this ice cream. The staff is friendly and will let u try a bunch of samples. There are hundreds of different possible combinations. Rocket pop is my personal favorite on of my kids favorite isnthe watermelon sour patch kid. (Summer seasonal flavor)

Frostbites is the perfect dessert for anyone. The ice cream layers added to the italian ice is such a delicious combination. Each flavor is just sweet enough to constantly want another bite, but not too much to get tired of it after a few bites. I rarely enjoy even a full scoop of ice cream, but this chocolate ice cream is so light yet perfectly chocolatey and I could easily finish more than I get. The Italian Ice also have the nicest texture that doesn't clash with the ice cream, making the whole experience so smooth.They also have free samples for anyone who wants to figure out if they like a flavor before ordering it which is always appreciated!

I've always had good experiences with frostbites. Today I ordered a crepe which I've had multiple times and I asked a employee if the crepe comes with Nutella/chocolate to double check. This employee answered with yes it does come with it but when I got my crepe it was missing Nutella and chocolate and it was pretty cold. I was disappointed with my order since I always look forward to going here.

Stopped by for the first time recently and I was most impressed with the staff's friendliness and willingness to provide numerous samples of Italian ice along with super tasty combinations.Being more of a frozen custard fan myself, I just went with some of the chocolate in a waffle cone and my goodness was it fantastic - big chocolate flavor and exceptionally creamy. Simply put, I've found my new go-to for soft serve!
