Food is always good and very generous portion. We enjoy coming to the restaurant. The best salad dressing - the restaurant should consider selling the salad dressing in the bottle!!!

I don't know about you but if you make a reservation at a certain time you expect to be seated at that time. Me and my nieces were told to wait 5 minutes which turned into 15 minutes. A couple who arrived after us were seated first. If that's not bad service I don't know what is.

I absolutely love this place. The food was delicious and the environment inviting and enjoyable. We have been here a few times and everyone of them has been fantastic. The food is delicious and fun. The bbq style is great for promoting conversation and fun. Highly recommend it!
Restaurant was not too busy but it took a while for waitress to come back by for a party of 5, out of a couple of items and mid dinner out of coke?!, we had 4 different servers, and when it was time to at i wanted to use my 10% coupons and the app didn't work because they don't have wifi?! on a almost $400 bill that 10% would have been nice

You cook some of your own food on a round gas grill, a very cool experience for families and couples. Best if you go with someone who's been there before and is familiar with the menu and ordering but staff is very friendly and helpful also. Great food - highly recommend eating there.

The meat with the regular BBQ set was touch--some of it too tough to chew. The restaurant badly needed painting in the reception area and the noise was beyond loud with the waiters shouting each order and babies crying. Plus the seating is close together.

Went with friends to try yakiniku for the first time and we were blown away. The quality of the meats was incredible, the flavors of the marinade were all unique and the hostesses were incredibly accommodating. The price is heavy but worth the experience. I will definitely be back one day to enjoy with family.
I love this restaurant and I've been coming here for years. 5 stars for the service and food.However, this time when my friend and I went there was this garbage/sewer smell and it was a distraction from my food. Hopefully, that was the first and last time.
Worst service ever! Came here at 7 PM for dinner after a long work day.I asked for a table and said I’m more than open to waiting since I saw it was busy. Alex said that she could accommodate me within 15 minutes. No problem. My kids and I waited more than 30 minutes so I asked for an update on my table. To my dismay she says she messed up on the seating, and cannot seat me and that they are booked for the rest of the night. So upsetting.

We dine here frequently so much that I have the app.. this was the first time though that we've gotten meats that were inedible some cuts. Like hard and not chewable and even when we told the server he didn't really do anything? That was strange, like even if we don't want to reorder maybe come back and address it or take it off the bill?

Never been here. Heard about the hype..thought we would give it a shot...they literally told us "reservations only" cause it's a weekend. Mind you, 2 kids who were at a different restaurant we tried to get into walked in and they sat them within 5mins. Now, i know very well that they didnt have reservations either. Ive never been turned away services. My husband worked in the restaurant business for over 15yrs and I've NEVER heard of this. A little ridiculous if you ask me. I'll be reporting this a little higher

My family and I have been to this location many times over several years. The consistency of the quality of the food and service has always been outstanding throughout these years. They are always adding new items to their menu which makes me appreciate this establishment even more.
