They put too much ice in drink. So i couldnt drink as much as size.. i tried refill and they said only one time refill.. check ur drink too much ice,

I went to the Jack in the box in Carson ST and Vermont I asked and paid for a large combo She gave me literally like value size cold fries and filed in the carton box with ketchup and buttermilk the saddest thing that She was one of the team leaders or manager’s this was no mistake they know what the are packing I won’t do this restaurant no more

Can't even follow up on condiments. He asked for what I needed and I said "2 ranch" and a few seconds later only gave me 1. Make it make sense. And the server could've just charge me if he thought giving me 2 would get him in trouble

You have the option to use the app for offers. The bad thing about this place is that you always have to wait a long time for your order to be ready. You order in the app so you don't have to wait too long but when you arrive you have to wait sometimes up to 30 more
