Went to the one on Hawthorne and Torrance Blvd in Torrance, CA for the first time. The person who helped us (Gabriel) was very friendly and answered all of our questions. I was VERY disappointed in the food. I was sad that they do not have the Beyond Orange Chicken anymore. It was my favorite. The Eggplant was very undercooked (even some raw). Thank GOODNESS the service was great.Vegetarian options: Bring back the Beyond Orange Chicken PLEASE!!!!

heaven light energy

Unfortunately this is hidden Miss depends on what day you go some staff know how to prepare the meat as far as slicing it others just cut it at weird angles specifically the teriyaki chicken. The kicking staff did stay on top of things that were running out. But seem to make the same dish differently on different days.

Now i agree with the reviews.. to name the employee thata serves the bowl of fried its LEANNY.. please dont let her put the food we're wasting oir $10 worth of bowl, the serving is so minimal! Goodness!! This is not the serving 2weeks ago when i came here! And buy the way, teach ur cashier the hispanic lady whos wearing a huge amount of mascara to change accurately. I would tip if i want to but giving me less than $1 of change is not acceptable.. ill let it pass coz u guys are so busy when i ordered! Hope this will be adress by the management.LEANNY, u only put not even half way of the bowl with frice rice! And not just me but with the man.with the kid who ordered chowmiean! If ur serving like this dont ripped as with $10 worth of bowl meal.

I went in to order a two item combo and told Evelyn that I wanted half fried rice and half white rice. She first served the fried rice, and then I asked her for a little extra white rice. What she did next was quite shocking, she aggressively took her serving spoon and begrudgingly removed more than half of the fried rice that she already had served, while coming across as the customer is a bother; we actually are the reason that you have a job. I have been going to Panda Express for decades and have never been treated in this manner for asking for a little extra white rice. Evelyn, don't act like this little extra rice is coming from your paycheck, and if it was, it was only pennies' worth of fried rice. When I was done paying, I asked to speak to the manager about my interaction with Evelyn, and over came Jasmine. While Jasmine was apologetic, she offered absolutely nothing to make up for Evelyn's over the top rudeness and unwillingness to treat the paying customer with respect. I believe that this is a sign of the times when employees and management make no effort to retain a customer, but seem to go out of the way to make the customer feel as if they are a bother. Jasmine had every opportunity to make up for Evelyn's ineptness but did nothing but let a decades old customer walk out the door and close it indefinitely on Panda Express. If you want authentic Chinese style, fast food, and not watered down Americanised Panda Express, try Chinese Deli in Carson on Sepulveda, you will forget Panda Express ever existed.
