I love the pizza here so much, tastes so good I'm not even done with the pizza yet and it's already so good. The cashier was so nice and patient, she was also respect full for us mixing up credit cards.

I have been to other Sbarros and was not happy. My grandson was hungry and saw this place in the mall. He was excited to have pizza, so I agreed. The pizza was very good. It is not artisan pizza so don't expect that. It is more like Strawhat or any fast pizza place. It was served hot and as ordered. The service was very nice. The place was very clean. You can eat there or take away. we were happy and will be back to this one.

Very bad service. They treat you like garbage. We are requesting service at 2:30 in the afternoon, the service is super bad, the manager, super bad, treated me and my entire family like garbage.

I have been to this location many times but this will be my last. I got a spinach Stromboli and I was chewing and something hard was in it, going to the back of my throat, it was 3 toothpick wood pieces, I think. I could have choked. Went to talk to a manager, not there, i told the employee and she said she can give me another one, goodbye!

My favorite food is really pizza, if Del Amo got rid of Sbarro, I would have difficulty in having another food option in the food court. The pizza is thick and tasty, it's even better when it's a bit crunchy to give you the full taste. Love the options and it's specials like combos.I usually get the combo which is the choice of a pizza slice and pasta or salad side. You can also replace the dish side with another slice of pizza. With a drink, it either with the combo or add on. Nevertheless it's good food. The service was great quick too, youngsters being very polite as well, I appreciate that.

Don't come here! They told my mom that they were opening at 10:30 then came at that time and a lady told my mom like they'll open in 15-20 minutes but in a rude way! That is not a great service shame on them!

I've see bad reviews but i've been going here for 2 years now i never have any problems and the pizza is soooo good i could die for them. But take it as you will the people always been ok never rude or given me attitude. And i've gone there and it seems clean nothing dirty but i do come more in the morning time.
Stay away from this place if possible. The food is never served warm. The workers never smile. Also, I just found that Management has decided NOT to give free refills with a purchase of a drink. Maximizing profits at our expense is unacceptable! We need to stand strong together and avoid this place until they bring back the free one refill policy! Most other food places in the Del Amo Mall food court do offer free one time refills. Only one food place charges 65 cents for a refill.

I eat many times at this place passing thru Del Amo food court. As usually I stopped there today around 4 pm to order some food. I place a order with first young lady. Second young lady at the food section asked me for the order again I placed the order with both lady's to find out that both times were wrong Group in front of me had a wrong worded too I asked the young lady's to pay attentions to customer orders. 3 rd time order was wrong again. Not sure if done intentionally .. I walked away. Never comeback to this place until something is done with customer service

I wish I could give one star. The pizza maker was using his bare hands to roll and fluff the dough. Me and my boyfriend witnessed it. The pizza toppings were dull and didn’t have any flavor. My boyfriend and I got burned, cold slices. The entire pizza is just tomato sauce. Absolutely no flavor or originality at all. We will never come here again. On top of that, they reheated the burnt & cold pizza which gave the crust a nice brick hard, overly crunchy feeling. COMPLETELY INEDIBLE!
