Had a very pleasant experience here. I have been to a lot of different take out food places. But I really did have a great time at this subway. The young man (John)who helped me was very professional, kind and patient. I didn’t feel rushed to order and I didn’t get that vibe at all like “hurry up lady” that you get from other places. This young man is a very good person to have working here. Even if he is just in high school he has such great manners. He takes his job serious.,Thank you! That is the kind of service each business needs to have.

Went to this subway on 8/10/23 the gentleman that took my didn't say hi welcome to subway. Spoke very softly. And this store ran out of alot of ingredients, no roast beef, no cold cut combo. Will be going to the one on Artesia Blvd. For now on the store needs to retrain the staff or hire new staff with better attitudes. The just lost a customer at this subway and a sale. And part of there paycheck

I ordered online and I put more on all topics and I didn't get it, it's was just normal amount. people who makes the sandwich, don't pay attention to the order every carefully.

Real friendly and kind staff! God bless them!I happened to be in the area, and I needed to eat breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised. This is a great store. It's clean, fresh, with fresh sandwiches. I'm glad to have the opportunity to give them 5 Stars!!Thank you staff!

When ordered, I left instructions so that the driver does not have to go through confusion. He ignored the notes since he does not speak English and reached out to GPS and created whole scene with our security team with language barrier. I felt bad for my team and was embarassed. I tried multiple times to reach out to store, they do not seem to pick up the phones. What the hell?
I got an extra surprise with my cookies today, a hair. It's cooked into the cookie and I can assure you it's not mine because I have blue and purple dreadlocks. Check your food well everyone.

Me and co worker went to grab lunch on are lunch break a worker had no hair net we asked if he can put a hair net on he said they don't provide hair nets we did not want him making are sandwiches..your supposed to wear hair nets especially when your hair is over the food very gross we waited 15 mins for another associate to slow there they need more associates especially with lunch rush

This evening a new employee girl and a young Asian male were at this Location. The girl was lost when I asked, so she asked the Asian male, i believe the manager, what kind of meat is in my sandwich? He looked at me, and said, "I have no idea" what kind of meat is in your sandwich. Crazy.
