Had a great experience today. Stopped in around 3:45pm on a Wednesday for an afternoon snack. A nice young woman greeted me and started my sandwich. Turkey and provolone, toasted. I put the same items on the entire sandwich until the end. Tomatoes on half. Without asking and to my delight, she cut it in half and wrapped them separately. Perfect! That was exactly what I wanted. Half for me and half for my girlfriend. Thank you for excellent customer service.
The only thing consistent about this location is the slow service and under-toasted subs. I have stopped by here on multiple occasions since it's in the same parking lot as the Walmart where I pick up packing supplies. Every time I've come in here, there's one person slowly making a sandwich for a customer and one struggling to get thru the payment process. Part of the issue too is the clientele that comes through this location; it's like these people have never been in a Subway...read full review

Jeremy knows what it takes to serve a customer and keep them coming. He is still learning but has shown how great he is at customer service skills. Can't say the same for his trainer and her attitude.
