Double chocolate chip cookie was the bomb! Cinnamon roll was delicious, too. The cupcakes didn’t have a whole lot of flavor. The donuts were definitely moist. Will definitely go back.

I ordered a low carb peanut butter cookie and a low carb german chocolate cupcake. I called to ask about the nutrition facts - the cookie: 180 calories, 3 net carbs, and 5 TOTAL carbs! -the cupcake: 175 calories, 4 net carbs, and ~7 total carbs! They were delicious so I was skeptical. A few hours later, I tested my blood glucose, 65 and blood ketones, 1.1!!! I am suuuper impressed!! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Absolutely amazing!

This shop has one of the best selections for Keto friendly desserts. Truly a one stop shop for cookies, cupcakes or little cakes (two donuts and cream in the middle).

Their cupcakes are amazing. I only wish they were closer to home.I stopped in and got a variety of treats for a birthday celebration because my parents are diabetic and I follow a Keto diet. Although they were pretty pricey, it was great to be able to celebrate with cake too and not go off the rails.

Sugarfree Shack has the most delicious freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. The cookies come in a cute box with their logo. It's the ideal treat to bring as a hostess gift or as an after-game team treat. The bakery is charmingly decorated in a retro style. The owners are wonderful people who put their heart and soul into their baking. Next time I’m trying their churros!

They have false advertising and bad customer service. Their website says "ships nationwide"....but apparently on specific items. When I ordered a cake for Valentines day and paid $12.99 for shipping within the state THEN called to confirm the shipment date for the cake I ordered... They informed me it was fine and gave me the date to expect delivery. A couple days later they called and informed me they could not ship my item... And didn't offer other ways to make the situation right. I will not be using this establishment in the future.
The keto breakfast sandwich could use a bit of improvement but good enough. The vanilla cupcake was so awesome I rate a full 5 stars. Worth giving a try. Hopefully they will add more keto breakfast items soon.

Wow! To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I absolutely loved this place and the service was the cherry on top. The cinnamon rolls are a MUST try! The donuts, the cupcakes were just delicious!! Definitely does not have that diet type taste either. The sweetener used is monkfruit and it's exquisitely used and done. Will be back soon! <3 1-21-23

This is the most amazing place I have ever been! The staff is phenomenal and kind and there portions are so generous. I drive from San Diego down every few months, due to health issues that won't allow me to have sugar and carbs. They are just so amazing! I highly recommend this place and there so inviting!
