The team here is great! The ladies work really hard, very kind and helpful! They keep me coming back to this location! It's disappointing it doesn't have a FreeStyle machine like every other ToGos, it keeps me from buying a drink tbh.Wife and I enjoy the hot pastrami! I also enjoy the Turkey ??

Very bad experience at this Togo's. I asked for a number 20. She said do you want mustard or mayonnaise? I said mustard. Then I said can you also add pepper-chines and salt and pepper. Then she asked me if I wanted only salt/pepper and the pepper-chines. I responded clearly and said, "no. I want everything on it and to also add salt/pepper and pepper-chines. I clearly stated it. Then I get sandwich and there is only Tuna and salt/pepper and pepper-chines. I went to counter to ask why not anything on it and she said that's what you told me. I said that wasn't true and could she remake it. Then a customer in line asks me to say "Please". I was being nice. I did say please and then I get sandwich back again and she only added tomatoes! I just gave up at this point. These employees are not at all trained to make a simple sandwich. Togo's way is always asking for salt/pepper and pepper-chines. That's why I stated this in the beginning and then later clarified it. Will not be going back to this store. The employees are not friendly at all.

Recently I had the chance to try their sandwiches wooow It was great This lady’s recommendation was totally awesome I enjoyed a Great Flavor sandwich & if I’m around that area again I surely will stop by. This is a place out of the ORDINARY sandwiches elsewhere This is a unique place for good food! ??

I came to this location for the first time in awhile. Togo's is one of my favorite sandwich shops. Unfortunately there isn't one super close. I have to be in the area to get it. Today's Daily Deal was a #7 Roast Beef sandwich. My favorite second is the pastrami. So I got it. It basically gives you a free soda. The worker today, sorry I missed her name,was very friendly and made a great sandwich. I am very happy with my visit today and will be back.

I meant to send this review in June when I had a DEEEELICIOUS SUB made be this AWESOME guy named Austin!! I thought he may be the franchise owner because he took so much pride in what he did and was so friendly and personable and the place was CLEAN. I have no complaints about the sandwich or him. I DO HAVE a major safety concern that If someone in management or corporate wants to reach out to me about please send me a message. It had nothing to do with my yummy food or the super service received. However, this is a really big concern as someone who has worked on food service. Thanks

My review of TOGo'S in Torrance, Ca is as such... I think the food is great although the customer service needs some work. The servers NEVER ask would you like cheese etc... the counter is way too high you can't see what they are putting or not putting on your sandwich or meal. They rush you to the cashier to pay and you leave without getting what you wanted to eat. This has happened to me on numerous occasions there and I figured posting a YELP review would reach management to correct the issue. I feel like they could learn a lot from SUBWAY on how you handle a customer when they are placing an order for food. Make customers aware of all the options available.

I arrived at 945a for my 955a lunch. Opened at 10a, yet its 1015a, the open sign recently turned on, but the door is locked. Worker inside looked at me and walked to the back. Now here I am with 10 more minutes on my lunch, still closed. This will be my last time going out of my way to enjoy TOGOS. They've let me down for the last time.

I’m only giving 3 stars because I went there a few times and the chicken salad and sandwiches was goood worth the price. The issue is they’re always closed in the hours that are open since 2018. I went today and the lights on sign said open but no one there! They said 9pm close..it’s 7pm.
