They have once again raised prices. As a loyal fan for many years, the most recent price increase is the last straw for me. They have continually raised prices on all of their menu items. A slice of mango tart used to be $4.50 a few years ago, now it's pushing $9! It's sliced mango, cream and pie crust. You can't tell me the cost to make that has doubled in a few years. Then they tack on a mandatory surcharge to offer benefits to their employees. So you continue to raise prices, and instead of using that extra revenue to cover the cost doing business, like offering benefits to your employees, you add it to your bottom line, and then continue to tack on a surcharge for every transaction. I was told by a manger that after this last price increase the surcharge was going away, it hasn't. The discount from being a plate pass member no longer makes sense as you're now paying the same prices that were once discounted. I am cancelling my plate pass membership, removing you from my company's (1k employees) catering rotation, and never stepping foot in one of your restaurants again. I am done. Scam.
P.S. They also offer freebies for 5 star reviews. I know this because I was asked to give a 5 star review for a free dessert. You have to do the review at the register and show them your phone showing the 5 star google review.

Love the fresh and delicious food. I’ve gotten the grass fed steak multiple times and the beef and mushroom braise. Workers are very kind. And the atmosphere is calm and rustic. Service is quick as well!

Steak was on point but the beat salad tasted like water if that makes sense. I’ve had better beat salad at places like Whole Foods and they give you hardly any cheese with it. The service was nothing to write home about but I ordered to go so maybe it’s different when you dine in.
