My first visit, I ordered the steak & white rice vegetable bowl and my guest ordered the shrimp, rice vegetable bowl. Both were ready within a few minutes. This was a take out , for a local sports park. 2 hours later, they both were still warm, and our food was good. The steak was tender and delicious. I recommend this restaurant. I gave it a 4, due to being dated, and is a older facility.

If only I can rate it zero I would! The servings are terrible,I know the price haa increased but be considerate enough of what we paid for.. the crews were not friendly as before! Ordered again extra chicken and look what kind of servings they hasve, ALMOST EMPTY!

First time trying WaBa Grill and I was pleased with the service and food!I had the Plantspired Steak Veggie Bowl and it had me wanting more!Cons: expensive for the amount of portions they give you.You get charged a fee for placing a mobile order from their app (might as well just order instore ?)Update: they don't take orders after 6:30pm due to " we're closing soon" excuse & once you ask why they only have chicken they will talk about you once you walk away. So unprofessional. Talk about lazy workers. Will be lowering rating.

This WaBa is not in the best location, but if you in Torrance, stop there. The food is great and they could use the business. WaBa is a chain and there are a few in LA, but we like this one. It is never crowded and the food is always fresh and hot. They mostly have bowls there and you can get vegetarian, chicken, shrimp and beef. They may also has Tofu, but I am not sure. Every bowl we have had is great. I love the shrimp bowl. It has a great sauce on the shrimp and the rice goes so well with it. It also have veggies--ask them-and that makes for a great dinner. Their chicken and steak bowls are also super. The meat is tender and, again, it is always served hot and fresh. The rice is never dry and always soft. They also have drinks and a few other things. Parking is easy in the front. I have never seen it crowded. The service is very nice and fast.

The girls who work the front are usually always so so nice and welcoming, but the young girl working today at 7:30pm ish was very unwelcoming and rude. I called ahead to place my order and after finishing & saying thank you she literally just hung up on me but I thought okay it doesn't matter. When I actually walked inside and said I was here for my order she was very standoffish but I thought okay understands because I know they closed soon, but after actually getting in my car and looking at my order I saw I have very very little steak on my bowl and that just did it for me. It isn't fair for her to think that it's okay to be rude to people AND not fulfill their order properly. I recommend you try a different waba
