This location clearly has no desire to receive business from customers attempting to place orders over the phone. They have the ringers of their phones turned off and completely ignore the phones lighting up, never answering them. When voicing a complaint about being placed on an endless hold, they respond with an attitude, directing you to order in person or online. The staff is very unpleasant and the dining area is never clean, making this location very undesirable to eat at.

Why must some businesses be so damn greedy? Placed an online order. It said it would be 30 minutes. Never had a wait time that long, but ok. It's takes me 15 minutes to get there. I walk in because maybe it's done early. There are only 2 people working. One of the workers tells me they are short tonight and they're getting out the orders as fast as they can. I spend another 40 minutes waiting for my food. Unacceptable. These places need to shut down online orders if they are short staffed. One lady said she had been waiting an hour. It's one thing if I walk in and you tell me it's a long wait, but if I order online I have no idea until I get there. The lady behind the counter was super nice, poor thing. Do better Wingstop.

Why does this locations charge almost $5-6 difference from other locations. Almost $20 for an 8piece boneless meal is ridiculous! Never will I return to this location price gauging like that! Unbelievable!

The food sizes shrunk. Those are counted as pieces of a 10 piece and an 8 piece. They should be ashamed. Looks like the bottom of the bags. But since they were all about the same size, looks like that's their new size. Same price. Less product. Popcorn chicken instead of boneless wings. Sad. The last picture is a new chicken tender. About half the size. Same price. Can't comment on the website either.

Food was good, had to send fries back cause they drowned them in ALOT of salt. But once I got the new batch they were great. The service was not. The cashier looked like she wasn't having it. She talked very bland and fast, like trying to hurry us as we ordered. Service isn't great at all.

Came in to a lady treating an old man whos doing door dash with no care, he asked how to work the drink machine and she just ignores him with a blank face. He waits their with patience and no ones helping him. Then a customer has to come over to help him get the drink for the order so he could leave. The same time in there another girl goes up to order the same girl stares at her then when she goes to order she rudely says “Your Name” when she should have asked that from the beginning instead of staring at her with that blank face she gave the old dude that just wanted to get a drink. Terrible customer service and lady working their needs Jesus or to get another job because someone that rude shouldnt work at a job like that. Especially if shes that rude. Or she should get a job at mc donalds because this aint the place that people want her nasty attitude!!

They did not give me what I ordered I wanted a regular chicken sandwich they gave me some spice Louisiana style chicken sandwich then it took them 45min to make it the one guy who works there asked all the Mexican people if they got their order passed me up dident ask me anything I had to walk up to him and ask for my order he then turn around and went back to whatever it was he was doing then 5min later when the fat one was done texting on her phone she garabs my order and says k like no my name is not k not a good place to go I’d stay away from this go to a different one if you can
