The cutest place ever! The Bartender Debbie made me the best martini ( The Kat's Meow) and all the food that came out of the kitchen smelled amazing! Rooms as well to stay the night are so quaint. Definitely a place to visit❣️.Rooms: So cute, and historic, very clean and the common area is so pretty. Beautiful woodwork and floors.Walkability: Right down from all the shows, on the river with a cozy vibeFood & drinks: Amazing high end BBQ and drinks. With the best view on the deck.

1882 Bar & Grill restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, truly a must visit if in the area. It’s a lovely rustic restaurant with top notch food, great drinks and fantastic hosts.The perfect music played (80-90s) enhanced the ambiance. The owners, Matt and Wendy, ensured that our dining experience was truly exceptional.We will be going back to 1882 Bar & Grill, and highly recommend to anyone in the area!

One of those restaurants that has sub par food at a steep price and gets away with it because it's on a river. Non of the food was hot and the pulled pork was wet slop. The pulled pork was dripping in water, the mac and cheese tasted like nothing, the fries were obviously old and had a hair in them. Service was not good either, as the waitress seemed miserable. I would give the food two stars but for the price, the place gets one. Many better places nearby at a fraction of the cost with actually good food.

Some of the best dry rub BBQ I’ve ever had. We were looking for a place to get a burger and after two failed attempts at other places ended up here. As we walked in we saw a plate coming out of the kitchen with half a BBQ chicken on it and I said to my wife I think we should look at BBQ here- whoever’s doing it knows what they’re doing. Full rack of ribs confirmed my hunch. Highly recommend.Food & drinks: Outstanding bbq smoked onsite.

Dined at the bar and grill for dinner. Better prices than most, cozy laid back atmosphere. Nice that it wasn't blaring TVs like most bars. Food was delicious - I had their signature salad with tri tip. Generous portion of steak. Decent beer selection, small but has a little of everything.

The older lady that made us drinks, without gloves or washing her hands, squeezed oranges and dropped them in cups ( before us she served 2 customers, handling cash) and just as we were about to leave, she took the mop out of the bucket into the sink, full of cups and just started to rinsing the mop ... say what??? lol needless to say - we are never coming back!!

Our first visit and the food and the service were excellent. The BBQ sample platter had a very, very generous portion of meats and ribs. All of the food was great including the soup of the day - cream of potato.However, the star of evening was the great service by the bartender (we ate at the bar.) Sarah was very attendant and helpful and helped rescue my wife's white shirt after she dropped BBQ sauce on it. Sarah got us club soda and a cloth towel to help get the sauce off the shirt and after we got home and washed it, the shirt is fine. Thanks Sarah!We will definitely return to 1882 Bar & Grill.
Had a great lunch today. This is the first time we've sat inside, we usually set out by the river but it was 17° so... Cheeseburger and onion rings were wonderful. Margaritas made it even better. Thanks, Wendy!

The service was good with a friendly staff. The food was not as good. One person had the tri tip plate and it was ok, a bit dry with good Mac n cheese. The kids pasta was not even warm & had no taste other than cold pasta. 1 of us had the wing appetizers, no complaints in flavor, but roughly 6 or 7 wings for about $20?? 1 tri tip sandwich & 1 pulled pork sandwich, both dry, barely warm, the sweet potato fries were good. We expected better...
