Hands down the best sushi in Truckee! Flavors, freshness of the fish, attention to detail is all top notch. The crispy quinoa on the rolls is something I haven’t seen and it’s incredibly delicious. Highly recommend you add this spot into your Wednesday rotation.

Best sushi in Truckee! Very innovative and fresh fish for mountain sushi. May not order regularly but definitely worth trying at least once. I recommend the cloud roll with the crispy nori, very special!

Finally was able to try cloud sushi and it did not disappoint. Coming from a sushi obsessed truckee local, this is the highest quality fish you can get in the area, hands down, debatably better than anything you can get in Reno. This is not all-you-can eat pricing, but high quality fish prepared by a chef and the pricing reflects that. Well worth the money!

If you're lucky enough to be in Truckee on a Wednesday, you should stop by and get some of the most delicious sushi you've ever tasted. I recommend taking in the mountain views with some hot sake and a sashimi sampler. Paradise.

Quality and presentation are impressive, and delicious. So happy they are open till 7pm! I thought it was only open from 12-2:30pm and was worrying how we would be able to get it on Wed after the mtn… now I’m relieved. Way to go guys! Yummy and delicious!!

Super Fresh Fish, Super Delicious, rice is perfect. So glad I jumped off the 80, 1 min from the ramp. The guys couldn’t be nicer, make sure you arrange your Wednesday’s to get there.
