Coolest coffee shop I’ve ever been to! Tons of cool little details everywhere inside and everyone was very friendly. The French Toast Latte is fantastic and if I lived here, would drink it exclusively. If you’re looking around for a coffee shop, look no further.

Coffee was awfullll - ??? worst cup of joe I’ve had in a long time. You’d be better off with Folgers ?
Breakfast sandwich was hot and taste was OK
Overall - expensive and not good, you’re better off getting a McMuffin and coffee from MCD (this is coming from someone who hasn’t had MCD in over 15 years also ?)

A total vibe off the main street, downstairs with charm for days. Marin (
Sp?) pulled and excellent shot. We wished we had more time to spend in Truckee enabling a longer visit. Some beer and hard kombucha options, a few indoor seating areas and a lovely bench outside.

Dark Horse is amazing! Great coffee, great vibes and even better people! Everyone should take the pilgrimage at least one time in your life to truckee. Float the river, take a polar plunge / swim in the lake and then top it off with a nice oat milk latte!
