Ordered a half and half stuffed crust. Had to go multiple times first time messed up the ingredients second time got the ingredients right but missed the stuffed crust. How hard is it to read a receipt and make a pizza unbelievable. 20 min pizza took me 2 hours because of all the mistakes and didn’t offer anything to make up for it. Won’t be coming back rather go to the downtown Tulare location

The staff, particularly the manager, seem a little on the spectral side of things. Order extra cheese, you get less cheese. Order extra pepperoni, they give you less pepperoni. Only thing hot and ready was her breath. There must be one of those GM's who cuts corners and neglects morale to have a staff this undertrained.

The order wasnt ready so they told us to park then get back in the drive thru line to get our pizzas. They didnt offer to bring it out when ready nor did they consider how we would have to wait in line again for food we already paid for behind other customers who had not paid yet. Also they didn't give us a receipt when telling us to come back around so we had no proof we paid. I had to ask for a receipt when we went back into the drive thru to get our food. The pizzas were not completely cooked and tasted disgusting we had to throw them away. We will not going here anymore.

Both my pizzas had something wrong the Hawaiian was a total mess and my stuffed crust had the wrong toppings I ordered jalapeños italian sausage and pepperoni and bacon not pepperoni,sausage and green peppers! This place is a joke

While their food is good they really need to hire people who know how to read the order. I'm missing 1 slices and Stix. Called support got told they would send me to specialized support. Maybe in 3 days i might get a refund. Quick to take my money. The drivers that pick up are very quick to deliver. It's the company that needs to learn how to read the orders. This is frustrating.
Parking lot is too small i’ve seen multiple cars get hit in that parking place.

I come here to get my pizza often but today was terrible I came to the drive thru line and 2 female workers were just walking back and forth staring at my car not helping or attending the window I had get off and get my pizza that I order for drive thru and a male worker helped as he helped you can hear the female workers giggling in the back

Love ordering ahead and just picking up without a wait. At this location parking is a hassle with people always parking on the handicap section without a permit. The place is rather clean and new and the pizzas so far have been delish 🤤

Clean inside, very nice employee that waited on me, but the pizza was inedible. I don't expect much from little Caesars, but at least I can eat it from other locations. Not sure why it was so bad. More expensive as well.
