I walked into today and seen the store owner talking with customers laughing it was nice to see him engage with his customers shows he’s cares. Maggie greeted me as I walked in. Jordan took my Order and was very nice the short lady with glasses and the red hair girl that rang me up were friendly. Food was delicious and they made me feel like part of the family can’t wait to visit again

Ordered 4 sandwiches, 3 drinks, and3 chips online. Came to pick up my order 4 hours later and just had the four sandwiches. So I picked out the chips myself. I filled my own drinks which I didn't mind, except when I got home the Sprite was just carbonated water with no flavor.

I'm so grateful for the team here. There was a huge mixup on my order (honestly my fault) and they worked so darn fast to make sure I still got what I intended for my company lunch. They were understanding, attentive and quick to make 44 6 inch sandwiches in 20 minutes! I waited in the restaurant and it was clean and very well looked after. Once done they helped pack it into my car and never once made me feel bad over the miscommunication issue. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the team and the owner from the bottom of my heart!

My husband placed and order and he got charged ... called store because we hadnt gotten a confirmation email. Nor our order. So the employees response to that was . You should get youre money back in 24 hrs.. because it went threw with the bank and not them .. dont make sense... took the money in 2 seconds. Now no food nor money..

Can't go wrong when you watch them make your sandwich. I just found out they don't have pastrami anymore. I tried the steak sub and it was ok but nothing compares to the pastrami.Vegetarian options: They serve salads wraps and have a veggie subParking: If there's no parking in front there's plenty in the backWheelchair accessibility: Totally wheel chair accessible. Even the outdoor dining

I worked here for 2 years and the owner was beyond rude especially Rosie the regional manager. I was told I wasn't allowed to attend my own prom because you can't request weekends off for some weird reason. Also was forced to serve people expired food because they are to cheap to throw anything out ,they would make us serve 1 month old pastrami and steak because there to cheap to throw it out. The owner owns all the subways in town please do not eat here
