I love me a double western bacon cheeseburger and all the burgers are pretty good but not a big fan of the grilled chicken sandwiches. Rubbery chicken.

The imax is supposed to be better because of the larger screen. Except that the seats don't recline. I will never choose this option again.
Picked up my 1st mobile order and this 1st mobile order lolI always get the famous star and they should only make it WITHOUT CHEESE. Cause time and time again, THEY ALWAYS PUT CHEESE AT ANY CARLS JR LOCATION... when I always say NO CHEESE!This time, no mistakes and places it mobile order and was cooking to be ready when I walked in. She repeated my order and I said "YES, no CHEESE" she confirmed it and DELICIOUS! With a side of waffle fries . Everything was good but famous star needs to be without cheese, since either way "they charging you extra for CHEESE!"

Workers are lazy, work on your customer service! Fake it till you make it. I understand you don't get paid enough for a bunch of bs but at least make the food fresh. You believe in karma? I asked for criss-cut fries, I was given regular fries that was not fresh. It tasted cold and you can totally tell it has been sitting out. My damn bacon in the western burger had an after taste like it was old, and my meat was still pink, tasted bloody. Just gross and disappointing! To the cook that was working tonight.. what goes around comes back around. If I get food poisoning after the couple bites I took. You are welcome to your next fast food order. To the one working the register I know damn well you can cut that $20 bill in half and pay the rest on card, don't be lazy. Do better. Next time you ask someone to pay cash and card, I hope they tell you "no, we don't do that here". I know this is not going to stop anyone from coming here but someone needs to make sure these workers are on their toes. $42-$43 for a bunch of bs food!!

Burger 3/5. French fries..well as shown in the picture, you can tell they were old. They were cold when I got them, obviously have been escorting and was way too salty.
