If I could give this place a zero stars I would. Went in because yelp reviews were good. Sat down and the lady there comes to take our drink order and she's just like rushing us. She's like "drinks drinks water water " I tell her I know what drinks are we'll take two waters. Then she's like order now and I said I needed a moment because we have never been in there. She comes back with the water and she's like order now and my boyfriend said we were still looking over the menu and she walked away and was like "Oh come on" . Right away you could see she was very rude. I told my bf to let's just go and when we got up to leave one of the other guest that was there eating apologized for us having to go through that. Will never recommend this place to anyone

The food here is pretty good and the service was good as well I will be coming here again when I'm in Turlock Food came out quick and was fresh, the sweet and sour pork was good also the pork chow mein! Beef and broccoli as well!

Golden China is our favorite Chinese restaurant in Turlock. I have been going there for 20 years!
This sound is bad , their portions are very bad , I paid over $33.00 for two chicken chow mein and one yang chow fried rice that was not cooked like Yang chow fried rice : cooking quality matter on price . I feel sorry for the Central Valley and how they do not know what good Chinese food it . And I also feel sorry for the restaurants around here who do not appreciate the fact that they have a chance to become better authentic chefs . They just want to cook because central valley is stupid . This soup should be brothy even two days later ...

they changes their menu or something..It was one of my favorite so called Chinese place but now they added bbq pork to their rice, chow mein and everything else and it is sooooo friggin gross...I will never order from there again...it is nasty...just warning ⚠️ u all. GROSS GROSS

I've been visiting golden china since I was a little girl. The food is always delicious and comforting. I live out of town now so it is such a treat for me to go there now! Great food and great ambiance!
