i ordered a large drink and so much of it was missing and that is ridiculous, instead of my drinks being made properly the girl on shift today was talking about boys.

Did a mobile order while finishing up dinner in another area of the shopping center. We walked over and grabbed our drinks. When I got back to the car, I took them out of the carrier and the two spooky slushes didn't include the bubbles I had added on in either of them and it was listed on the sticker on the cup. Also, the macchiato wasn't full and about an inch from the top of the cup. We walked back over and the girl at the register didn't apologize for their mistake and but did remake them. Now the slushes were primarily matcha with no taro, which was swirled in the original ones that had no bubbles. You can see rhe different in my photos. I didn't want to deal with it again, so I left. I didn't want just a matcha slush and paid more for these to be the spooky ones, only to be disappointed not once, but twice.

Zero stars we came to get boba for our niece and nephew and the lady at the register said they're aren't supposed to give change when we asked for singles to let the kids play the crane machine they have in the corner very rude and disrespectful also they did not want to combine flavors for some reason very unprofessional do not come here 0 stars but only going to give 1 I can't select no stars!

Since it was my first time, I ordered the peach milk tea and it was good and I didn't even know that there are little chunks of peach, but it still turned out good totally recommend it. Service was nice the cashier was nice to explain what the drinks are and what's it's made of and I totally appreciate it. I love the ambience of this place. It looks nice, colorful, fun, and spacious good for families to come by and play games that they have for tables. That looks fun. I would totally come back for more!

A must stop if you need boba :)Rose Pedal Tea and Passion Fruit Tea were both super good! They have plenty of options to choose from though.I asked the staff if they could suggest a drink and they did amazing based off what I told them I like. Super friendly and helpful.And they were quite fast on the order.Overall I would come back again!

Service wasn't terrible, the ambiance is nice and lively, but the quality of drinks is a 0/10 for me. Personally I'd prefer quicklys, and I'm not experienced enough to say this but their Thai Milk Tea looked and tasted like regular coffee milk tea? But I thought it was orange in color, and definitely has a unique flavor. My little sister got the Red Bean Wow and is completely grossed out and unimpressed, she stated, "It tastes like milk and beans". The whole experience wasn't bad, but I personally am not a fan of their milk teas.
This place has REALLY good boba. The boba actually has flavor, they’re sweet and chewy- it’s the perfect taste and texture. My personal favorites are the taro green tea and the kiwi yogurt slush. I love how you can add additional toppings (with an extra charge.) I sometimes get the aloe jelly, but for some reason it hasn’t been tasting very crisp and firm. It’s been a bit too soft the past few times I’ve gotten it. But other than that lovely service and really good quality drinks! Thanks guys!

Despite what other picky people might have said about this tea place, I think it's just fine. The tapioca pearls are nice and chewy with a bit of sweetness to them. As a perk for those who are lactose intolerant, an employee told me that all of their teas that contain milk are made with lactose-free milk, except for the milk caps. This place may not be up to Bay Area quality, but it's really good for the Central Valley.
