This was a Saturday night and my first time patronizing this business. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. There weren't many customers as you can see. Food was a decent price. Seemed freshly made. We ordered carne asada taquitos as an appetizer. They were ok although the meat was fairly tough and could've used a touch of seasoning or marinade of some sort. Also had the nachos, which were happy hour size. And not even 10$ can't be mad at that. I like the fact they have quite a lengthy happy hour. For the people in the tall chairs ? that is. Nachos weren't bad definitely filling. Pico needs a Lil work as well . Also ordered carne asada fajitas. This meat was definitely better than the chicken on the nachos and the dry taquitos. Also looked beautiful. Came with, rice and beans and sad looking pico, sour cream and guacamole. Side plate looked a Lil lack luster but the flavor was good from the rice. Beans could use improvement but they aren't bad. Drinks we had a margarita flight, LA barbie, and an old fashioned smoked. The flight was pretty good but also 22$ the barbie was great with watermelon cotton candy on top. If it is about the buzz though this isn't the one basically green champagne although I'm sure there's more to it. The old fashioned was super sweet. Very disappointed by the that. The novelty of the smoke was cool. The the results definitely not a favorite. Sweet liquor whilst standing over your smoker inhaling deeply.. that's what is was like and you don't want it. Truthfully the combo made us nauseous and all we did was taste it. Nothing however is perfect. This is a decent place with decent staff and food. I'll be back I might just drink ahead of time though ?

Had a wonderful time at happy hour with my bestie. The Palomas were on point! Asada bar nachos were a surprisingly big portion. You HAVE to try the bacon wrapped prawns in roasted red pepper sauce, OMG! I dipped so many chips in it, it needs to be on the menus alone too!

My friend and I went for lunch. They weren't very busy (2 tables of 4, me & my friend, a single diner, and another couple.I had a two item combo - chile relleno and cheese enchilada both with green sauce, and my friend had a chicken dish with rice (but it almost looked like soup). She gets it a lot when she goes there. Food was hot and delicious. When we came in a sign said to seat yourself and we did It took a few minutes before somebody came over and asked what we wanted to drink (and no chips and salsa). So when they brought our drinks, I asked, "Do we get chips and salsa?" Oh yeah yeah I'll get those right out.Music was loud and a lot of thumping. Then one customer (who had been loud and obnoxious during the meal) felt it necessary to stand at the bar while he waited for his family to use the restroom and have a conversation on his cell phone on the speaker. Between the music and his distraction, it was kind of difficult for us to talk. Since we hadn't seen each other for about 6 months, we were a little frustrated. I understand the hesitation on the Mundo staff to ask the gentleman to step outside and use his phone or at least take it off speaker but I mean really people do we have to ask that question these days? We will probably be back, but if this happens again, we won't.

Consistently good food, lots of menu choices, LOTS of beers on tap. 3 large tvs in the bar, friendly staff. Indoor/outdoor dining. New location is behind their former location. Had the taco truck tacos and the Rudy's tacos. Both good, Rudy's were better, IMO. You need to eat here!

One of my two favorite Mexican restaurants in Turlock. (La Morenita). Great service, always. I would say the best service of any restaurant in Turlock. Very good food.

Long wait time waited 45 mins on my food, on a slow day, customer service sucks here. Miss the old location. It’s a NO for me.

Thought we would try a new restaurant for us. We are so happy we tried Mundos! The decor is unique and tasteful, the bar is located to one side of the room and has 3 large screen tvs with 3 different sports broadcasted. The service was quick and friendly. The chips are very thin and sooo good, but don’t fill up on them prior to receiving your order because the entrees are so delicious! Our entrees were huge and judging by the other orders that were brought to other tables, it seems to be the norm. I can’t wait to go back and try their dinner menu!Parking: Located in a shopping center
