Used to be great. But side dish portions suddenly halved. Worse yet the past two times I went the cashier upcharged be the $1.50 for Angus steak when I didn't get it. I always get a bigger plate. Kungpow chicken, teriyaki chicken, and bejeng beef with half rice half noodles. I'd Try a different location this one seems to have some shady workers at the moment.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The worker at the front was extremely rude. Gave me super small portions as if it were a kids meal. They only had three sides to choose from…it was 8pm and they close at 10:30pm. They had me wait for my food while helping other customers and giving them their food. AND once they felt like I had waited long enough, then they tried handing me my food without a bag. Rude a** workers, rude a** portions. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My daughter got food poisoning after eating shrimp here. On top of that, they don't even give you a chance to order. The guy who took my family's rushed through ours. I couldn't even decide. It was the first time my little one got to eat here and he wasn't sure and I asked a couple of questions, particularly how spicy something was, to which he said it wasn't spicy at all and my son struggled the whole meal and couldn't eat it. Then, as I mentioned right off the bat, my daughter was extremely sick for 3 days with food poisoning, throwing up, severe stomach pain, and dehydration, all because of their stupid shrimp And yes, it was Panda Express who caused the food poisoning. I have no doubt about that. It didn't surprise me when they put fresh cooked food on top of the old food. They had someone spraying and cleaning over the food and wiping around the open food areas with chemicals. They had a completely filthy sticky drink station, which also did not work. Soda was over sweet (lacks carbonation), and there was no ice. They also kept their bathrooms locked while the restaurant was open. So stupid. I spent a lot of money at this place for my daughter to be miserable and sick and my son to not even get to enjoy the food he was looking forward to. Food poisoning isn't a joke. Not in adults and especially not in children.

Went up to the online pickup counter and waited for about 5 minutes before the dude up front even acknowledged me..asks me for my name and confirmation and as I'm telling/showing him he turns around and starts rininging customers up. Ok no problem, but he precedes to ring up customer after customer, some of which had walked in after me...finally after about 10 minutes the people behind me complained to a worker who was stocking the shelves because there was like 5 people in pickup line at this point and all of our food was just sitting there and with attitude she started handing out our orders....of course my food was cold when I got home and I live 1.5 miles away....thats what happens when you have 1 person ringing people up and also handing out online pickup orders.
