First time in the other day, a little pricey, we both had the small salad and half sandwich, both were excellent I mite add but I did have a little sticker shock, don't know how many times I'll be back.

The key is consistency. I am a repeating and frequent customer to brands that I trust will meet my expectations: hot food, good ingredients, and clean environment, etc. This is one of those brands that I consistently depend on to meet these needs. This particular location met my expectations noted above.One improvement I would suggest is to think about portion sizes for the To-Go orders as they are NOT the same as what you would get when dining in. For example, I depend on a decent size bowl of soup on days when I need it the most (e.g. feeling sick or under the weather and cannot go out), especially if I am paying nearly $10+ for it.

I haven't eaten at Panera bread in a while. I ordered their chicken avocado sandwich and a Mac n cheese. Delish. Will definitely go back.
Ordered thru the app and they messed up my order I wanted a smoky Buffalo chicken melt they gave me a pepperoni mottezrella melt instead, my hot latte was cold by the time I picked it up for the scheduled time, I paid to much money for my order to be wrong.
