Awesome service and food. Always a pleasure when in town away from home. Atmosphere is great. Busy but always get personal attention.

Service and food was great once again. Our server was quick to respond with drinks and food. We usually come here 3 to 4 times a year.

We were just passing through town and had no idea where to eat. What a great surprise! We had the salmon on a bed of greens and the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. It was fabulous! The salmon was moist on the inside and had a wonderful glaze on the outside. Salad was fresh w a wonderful lime vinaigrette. Absolutely a find in a town we'd never heard of! Kudos to the chef! waiter was very friendly and helpful, as well.

Excellent steakhouse. Worth the drive to Turlock to try it out. We have been several times since discovering it a couple months ago. Introducing friends to it. Great great great service as well. Personable, knowledgeable server - loved the wine he recommended

Great dinner to wrap up a long day! We were in town visiting from Los Angeles. Dinner time rolled around and we found Taste 26. We were seated quickly in what appeared to be the bar area which seemed equally as nice as the main dining area. We ordered a glass of a Meomi red and for a little fun we also picked up one of their signature cocktails (Fall N Maker's). Very tasty. Very subtle in flavor with a light sweetness and secretly potent. For our entries, the Grilled Prime Rib and Table 26 Rolled Chicken. Both were very delicious and very generous in size. We wrapped up with a small desert... yes, the traditional Molten Lava Cake. Rich and decadent. The service was also on point and very helpful. A great way to end the evening.

Good food, friendly staff. Wait time for our meal to arrive was maybe 20 mins so we enjoyed a cocktail and good conversation. All in all a very pleasant evening.

Made a reservation and got to the restaurant. The hostess sat us at a table against the wall that was wobbly despite several nice tables. We moved. Drinks were good and appetizer was tasty. We ordered halibut and it was prepared well. We also ordered chicken fettuccini with mushrooms. Mushrooms were either from a jar or overcooked and reheated and chicken was in tiny pieces that appeared to have been boiled. Frozen lean cuisine would have been tastier. Waiter was overly pleasant. Not our style. He was leaning on table making small talk. I think many people like this but not us. Overall over $100 for 2 people and simply not worth it.

Excellent service always. Love the blue cheese covered steak is my go to choice - but everything is delicious

Had a fabulous dinner last night for my sisters birthday. Ryan was our waiter and he was fantastic! We will definitely come back! Food was delicious, service was awesome and great atmosphere!

Very nice atmosphere. I ordered the rib eye steak, very pricy but it had a good flavor. My husband and my Mom ordered the fish of the day, also very pricey and they both said it had zero flavor. The only flavor it had was the pinch of sauce it had on it. Service was very good. I don't like paying high prices for a just " so so" meal. Probably won't go back.

Drinks suck and not alot of food options. This place made to be a high end restaurant but really isn't and over priced for shitty food

So impressed with dinner tonight, excellent service by James! Compliments to the chef! Hubby loves porkchops and chef Manuel cooked them perfectly! I loved my rolled chicken, it was delish but I kept taking bites of hubby's porkchop! Oh well, I'll have yummy leftovers for tomorrow:)

From beginning to end, the food and service is legit. The bread you get when you are first seated is baked fresh and the butter is super creamy. Wait staff is very courteous and friendly. Frequently checking in on you and your order. We ordered the burger, cioppino, and calamari. I have to say, best calamari and burger that I have ever tasted. The calamari is sliced thin and not super breaded. Served with a wasabi sauce, soy sauce, and a spicy mayo. The burger, literally just melts in your mouth. The meat is tender, the bacon is cooked to a perfect crisp, and delicately topped with cheese, onion, lettuce, tomato, and thousand island sauce. The cioppino is served in a beautiful bowl with the noodles on the side. Gear mixture of seafood and seasoned just right. For drinks we enjoyed the passion fruit margarita and the New York sour. Both very refreshing and tasting. Definitely a must when stopping in Turlock.
