These guys have been around since I was in high school and I graduated in the year 2001. Always great food, fresh and home made style, made with love. They are also parked right next to the street, so while you are sitting down and enjoying your food, you can imagine the ocean is in front of you and live the life you always wanted at a Taco Truck.
I ordered the special tacos with carnitas meat. It was the best I've ever. I recommend it.

My wife and I love this taco truck, but had to take a point because, meat the last two times, months apart was getting a little fatty but hey it's a taco truck I get it, but as we all know the price of taco is going up so come on don't get cheap on us now.
Not your typical reviewWell first off the food was excellent 5 stars all the way around little to none on the wait time and on top of all that I want to thank the girl who bought me my wallet to my home after accidently leaving it there!! The burrito I received today was overly oily. The burritos are sopping wet from the meat sauce. There was this huge puddle of oil that ended up dripping all over the place. The burritos here are a little milder in heat/flavor compared to the other taco trucks in this area.Pepsi products in a can, sangria and other bottle drinks are available.

We had been regular customers for a very long time. Today my food was not as tasty as it used to be, lemons were old I asked for an extra salsa as always and I found out that it was $1.00 when it was free before, come on….we ordered over $50 and they want to be really cheap with extra salsa. All that made me not wanting to come back, just found out it’s under new management
I literally have been going there for the past 3 years, today it was the worst experience ever. I love them shrimp tacos but those young boys made them salty and forgot my order. Had to wait an hour for my order because they did something to it and when I said something they were giving me attitude. Please bring my other lady’s back

I came to visit my mom in Turlock from the bay and was really craving some valley taco truck. I got there around 9 PM and chose Elvias because it had no customers when I arrived and hidalguense was packed. I didn't think anything of it because usually the food is good there but I was wrong. I ordered a supreme burrito and got a regular burrito for $10 which is the price of the supreme burrito. No sour cream and barely any cheese. They also did not include any radish and only put two napkins for 3 orders, my burrito, my moms 2 tacos and my her husbands 4 tacos. The food was extremely greasy . My moms tortillas looked like they oiled them up and threw them in the microwave. My burrito was literally dripping so much oil that I couldn't eat it without getting grossed out. We will not be coming back here, it is $2 overpriced for extremely poor quality food. It's kinda of sad because I read the paragraph about the founder of the taco truck and they're not delivering her dream. It is possible that it was just the young worker but I will not take my chances and waste my money again.
