I ordered a Teriyaki Char burger with Mushroom and cheese , and NO LETTUCE , and they proceeded to give me a mushroom burger with lettuce and NO CHEESE NO TERIYAKI OR PINEAPPLE, didn’t listen to the customer at all .

The food was good but the burger didn't have the char-broiled flavor. There was a bit of a wait but not too long. The service at the counter was excellent. It was a bit of work to find a seat that gave some shade from the sun.

Two days in a row I went here first day I order a few chicken sandwiches and ask to give me bbq and teriyaki sauce on the side. But instead they put teriyaki sauce on the sandwich and nothing on the side. Which was pretty good so I go back the next day order a few more chicken sandwiches and ask for teriyaki on them, and when I come home to eat them it had no sauce. Idk what is the issue maybe they don’t understand English but very irritating when you don’t get what you ask for.

Second time eating at this location and will be the last. Fryer went down and instead of starting fresh they re-dipped our onion rings and fries. Hard as a rock and greasy as hell. Didn't even eat them all. First visit there the buns were so hard around the edges we broke them off before eating. Usually a habit burger fan, but not for this location.

The Habit has great food and quality. But today it was not it.Thursday evenings are to be avoided. Our fries felt old and soggy, and my favorite burger here, the veggie burger, was a huge miss.Love Habit burgers, but tonight was not it. It's disappointing, I'll try it again another time and hopefully the food is at it's typical high quality.

The food here is always great, I usually stop here twice a week and get a double burger. I left my wallet there, had $125 and all my credit cards in there! I went back the next day right at open & they had found my wallet. Everything was still in there! I offered them the cash as a reward to whoever found it and they refused. I am so impressed by the employee's honesty and care for the customer. Thank you Cristobal and team, you all do a great job and I will never forget your honesty & care!
