Service and food was great! Tables needed more attention for cleaning, but overall amazing experience.

It's an American food resturant with woodsy decor. A focus on typical diner fare is evident. Got the Bob's Big Bear burger Swiss. As the entry on the menu says, it's huge. The same could be said about much of the rest of the food.

Prices are high for a sandwich and skimpy, I don't like flies around me when dining in either?

Food and service were excellent. We were a group of 9 and everything was done in an expedient time

The waitress was extremely nice and helpful. Food portions are huge.

Our order was apparently not submitted in a timely manner because people who came in after us were served first. The restroom was filthy -- no excuse for that. It was obviously not serviced in the morning and we were there around noon. The server was very nice and attentive, no issue there. Bruce Dean would be appalled.

Picked up a to-go order this evening. Had to sit and wait 20 minutes passed my pick up time. And the food was horrible. Ribeye was over cooked and tasted only like onion powder. Baked potato was also over cooked and didn't even come with butter. Maybe if a waitress hadn't been in the kitchen flirting and horsing around with the cooks, it would have been better. Won't be returning.

Decent food, good service

Breakfast good no doubt, men's bathroom horrible at 845am on a sat, not that busy. Everything needs to be wiped down, obviously not being done right or maintaining a certain basic standard. Other than that all good

Took the family to this location this past Monday. We were seated rather quickly, drinks came quick and that's where it started to get slower. When we ordered our food the wait was a little longer than anticipated. Normally servers will bring out the kids orders first but not here. My wife was served first, then me and then the kids. We waited for the kids meals to arrive before starting to eat and as you might expect, it got cold during the wait gap. Nevertheless we didn't complain or fuss, we just went about our way. The food was good though a bit pricier than other comparable locations. A family of 5 with 3 kids 11 and under shouldn't run over $100 for breakfast. Huckleberrys runs about $85, iHop about the same. The $4 kids drinks with no refills was a surprise. Now cost and wait times aside, the one thing that would affect my return is the amount of flies at this location. More than half of our time here was spent shooing away flies from our table. It distracted the kids too much and it was a nuisance to my wife & I. Other places have fans at the entrance or small separate entrance that keeps these kinds of things from happening. Cool Hands Luke never had this issue when they occupied the same space. 3 stars because of the flies! Yes, I can't handle flies with my indoor dining.

Check out the blackberry French toast!!! Ahhhmazing. Forget about avoiding bread and dive in. Delish food. Hubby had the corn beef hash and it was authentic. Top it off with some banana coffee. Put the exclamation point on YUM. The food quality was matched by terrific service!!
