Ordered fresh nuggets for my daughter, was not given fresh cooked nuggets as I requested. I again asked that they be made fresh and all they did was take my nuggets back and I literally saw them drop my nuggets back in to the fryer for less than a minute and then gave them back to me. This time now they're dried up and practically burnt. So unprofessional, very dissatisfied.

Terrible. Friday, 1/29 got to the drive thru and waited a bit for someone to say come on the speaker and take my order, no other cars in line. Finally a lady said "go ahead and order when you're ready". No hello or anything. Placed my order and all she said was come to the first window. No repeat the order or thank you...nothing. Got to the window, the girl (20'ish, blue sweater, dark hair) told me the price which did not sound right. Again did not confirm my order. I asked her what she showed, got the feeling I was bothering her. She had my order wrong. Got the order straightened out, she told me the price, gave her my money, still nothing. Closed the window and I waited. She came back with my order, handed it to me and closed the window. I guess a simple thank you is too much to ask. Service is as important as the meal.

I don't know why every time I order spicy chicken nuggets they give me regular ones. Is it really that hard? The nuggets are never warm either. Food is good when warm and order is correct but that hard ever happens

I was actually going to post a very nice review because I actually enjoy Wendy's, however NOT THIS LOCATION. The workers were very rude as hell simply over me asking for some sour cream. When I asked for it they all groaned loud like children in the drivethru..over SOUR CREAM?! Why have sour cream if it's an inconvenience to ask for it then?! This Wendy's will just hire anybody because everytime I visit this location the workers act childish and let it be known they hate their job. I never have this problem when I visit the W. Monte Vista location they are very nice and don't get mad when I ask for sour cream?. Wendy's on Geer Road take notes from the W. Monte Vista location because I'm done spending my money only to deal with your childish employees nasty attitudes.
