Been to central bar several times across at least 2 to 3 years, but last night wow. Ever since the pandemic I've been on the search for a go to cocktail bar. All the ones in the OC I used to regularly go to switched jobs or quit the industry entirely. Came here with some coworkers and this place has some of the best bartenders I've seen in a long time, on par with the bartenders I sometimes visit in Long Beach. Really swanky place. It feels like it's a pop-up bar and it has a really decor. Overall. Cocktails are really good here, probably some of my favorite of the night. Staff are really friendly and attentive. And attentive. We were able to get a seat at one of the side bars which was great. Overall this so perfect. Place to stop for a quick cocktail after work.

A really great chill spot to have amazing drinks. Wish I would have gotten the name of the bartendar who helped us cause he made the best drink recommendations! Can't wait to return.
