Even thought their grill and fryer was not working both women working their were supper nice. I had told them it was my first time trying it so it sucked that their grill or fryer was broken they were so nice and suggested so many other things that I could eat that didn't require grilling or frying the food. What they made for me was so delicious and I was so happy and will be back because the ribs they made for me were great .. the ladies were so nice and welcoming.
I drove 10 miles out of my way to get to this location today to make up for yesterday's horrible experience at the Buena Park store. Thanks for making it worth the trip!!! This location is open, you know OPEN! People in the store sitting and eating enjoying their meal the clean floor that you don't stick to what a concept covid over and we go back to business as usual!

I'll definitely be ordering and updating the review at a later time because the food was excellent. The only problem was there was no cheese as described or caramelized onions. The pitmaster was extremely gracious and customer appreciation is always key. It made everything taste better. Responding to the reviews also helps too. It makes a patron want to come back to give the chance for the 5 star review.
