Love, love, looooove a good local restaurant. We were greeted by a staff as soon as we walked in. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Generous portion so come hungry. You order a cup of coffee, you get a giant mug of coffee and I love it. Typically Mexican-American breakfast, but if you want to try something unique then get their CACTUS OMELETTE with HOME MADE SALSA. It was healthy and delicious. You can't go wrong with either their hash brown or their home made fries. I preferred the home made fries. It was stirred fried potatoes. It was very tasty and paired well the the HOME MADE SALSA. Get the rye bread. I don't know if they bake their rye bread, but GET THE RYE BREAD. Everything was so good especially their HOME MADE SALSA. Did I say home made salsa? Ok. You get the point.Would definitely come back

I give this place 5 stars all the way through. They serve great quality food in a small cozy clean atmosphere. they are fast efficient and very kind. I must in good conscious say that I stopped going there for quite a while due to the fact that I simply loved their eggs Benedict, however I do not know why it changed to something resembling a plate of milk to serve to a cat. 6 months later we finally returned and I tried my all time fav again. It was just too thin and runny and nowhere resembled the yellow creamy sauce that I craved. I take full responsibility however, because I could definitely have asked for a taste prior to ordering. I have just made the decision to forgoe eggs Benedict in the future and still make it our go to place. They have so much great food there that I will quit being an entitled spoil brat and continue to enjoy the best breakfast/ lunch spot around. Not even the larger city of Yucca Valley has better quality. I will no longer go without. I will just leave eggs Benedict for another try in the foreseeable future. So no longer will I judge over one type of sauce, especially when their biscuits and gravy are amazing. Thanks

Great food, great wait staff, value for price paid unlike other places we visited in 29 Palms. Breakfast Quesadilla is huge, Diced green Chile omelet was great, add avocado... I've not visited another restaurant where there were so many things on the menu I wanted to try. This was a great place to fill up before a full day of hiking... It's nothing fancy, but the food and service shine bright like a diamond. Highly recommend!

Nice folks waiting tables and seating people. Clean, cozy atmosphere. My BLT was perfect, and the fried zucchini was delicious. Prices are average for the high-desert area. My only request would be to add soup to the menu, but maybe they've tried that, and it wasn't popular.

I probably came at the wrong time ( 9.30 AM??)but it took 2 minutes to be seated, 5 minutes to get a coffee and 15 minutes before someone came to take my order. By which time I ran out to make myself some cereal as it didn’t look like I was going to get any food anytime soon. Just the coffee was 4.35 without tip… the food was rather pricey. Can’t say I was satisfied.

While in 29Palms for a business trip last week. We decided to grab lunch at this cute little cafe. The service was fast and They have a great menu with a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items served all day. It was so hard to decide only one entre but I opted for the BLT on sourdough and was not disappointed it came with a side of onion ring, they were delicious. Will definitely have to come here again if I'm ever in the area.
