Reps are not trained or ready to provide quality service. Good is okay, service is terrible. We ordered a bottle of wine and they took 20 mins to get the bottle. Once they got the bottle, they took 5 more mins to find the opener!We ordered fajitas, they brought in the order, then asked whether we wanted corn or flour tortillas and took a couple of more mins to get it.Vegetarian options: Absolutely no vegetarian options.

This review is mainly for the food. We got the Super Cinco and the Sizzling Fajitas with shrimp and steak, which is basically what you go to Chevys for. Shrinkflation is real for these items as they both were smaller portions than what they used to be. The quality of the food was also lacking. The tamale and enchiladas had a dried out look to them like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The meats were dry and resembled something that came out of a microwave. As for the sizzling fajitas, they were inedible by the time they hit the table. 6 small shrimp and maybe 5 oz of dry and way overcooked steak served on a bed of a small handful of julienne sized slices of peppers and onions. The peppers and onions were so thin that they burnt up on the sizzling fajita skillet and turned black. The servings of rice and beans were about 2 spoonfuls worth each, and the lettuce and other fixings were only enough to fill 1 tortilla. I had to send the dish back for it being totally unappetizing. For $26 this is disappointing to see what they serve. Tbh the only thing that did not disappoint about the Fajitas were the tortillas ? I ended up getting the burger instead which was actually nice. It had a homestyle appearance and the burger was cooked to a perfect medium as requested. The seasoning was nice snd flavourful, but for $16 I could have gone to In and Out across the parking lot.

Nice variety, including vegetarian options. It can be a little loud. Love some of the added details and the decor.Vegetarian options: Garden Fresh items are delicious. Ask about your beans to be safe.

Loved the vegetarian options. I tried the mesquite grilled burrito and the farmer's market enchilada and they were both really good. They had a lot of veggies and the portion sizes were reasonably large (1 entree is more than enough for one person). Their salsa was really flavorful. The creme brulee was not the best I've had but it was also delivered so might be better in person.

Went to have lunch on a Friday afternoon to celebrate my son's birthday. We had a group of 7 and arrived around 1pm which wasn't too busy. The hostess was friendly and seated us right away. Our server, Jose Alfredo, was busy with a few tables but greeted us and let us know he'd be with us in just a moment. Freshly-made, hot chips and salsa were brought to the table, which were delicious as always. We decided to try the Al Pastor Fajitas from the Seasonal Menu, which were good along with traditional menu items. I gave 4 stars because the steak on the Grilled Steak and Shrimp plate was tough and we selected that one from the dinner menu so I had expectations of bigger portions or a nicer piece of steak. Overall all however, everyone enjoyed their meal. Our server, and staff were very attentive and provided a really nice experience for a celebratory lunch. Will definitely be back, great food and great service!
