We love Isla but not for this particular visit. We like the food in the Newatk location and we’ve been there many times Here at Parilya Union City, we ordered sinigang pompano, chicken tinola and pork sisig. Pork sisig was ok, pompano fish was not fresh , and chicken tinola was salty. I am writing this review for improvement. We’d like to go back here since it’s a short drive from our house… but we’re not sure. We’ll probably just go back to the Newark location.
Great authentic Kampampangan food. So happy this is in the neighborhood. First visit and enjoyed our food to go: Pinakbit, BBQ pork sticks, and sizzling Bangus. Will be back to try their other items.
